Brochure Accuracy

The descriptions and information in this brochure has been supplied in good faith. Unfortunately, it is inevitable that some of the prices or details contained within this brochure may have changed since the brochure was printed. For example, all the facilities in a resort might not be fully functional in early or late season. Public holidays and religious festivals may affect the availability of resort facilities too. Sometimes the facilities in a villa may be removed or added to. As part of our commitment to quality customer service, you will be informed about any changes to prices or details within this brochure when you book your holiday with us.

Carriage of Golf Clubs and Sports Equipment

If you wish to take your own golf clubs or other sporting equipment on holiday, please be aware that airlines will generally accept this but you need to pre-book this service before you travel and be aware that charges will apply. Carriage is based on subject to load/space available basis and consequently carriage is subject to capacity available on the day of departure.

Clients with restricted mobility

Some of our properties may be suitable for clients with restricted mobility and we will be happy to ensure that your chosen accommodation is suitable for your needs. Once you have selected a property, please call us for further information and assistance. If you are not able to use the included car hire, this can be removed from the package price and a taxi transfer can be arranged at an additional cost. We can also make arrangements at the airports for assistance required, for which a charge may be applicable. See www.abta.com/disability for reference or further information.

Health regulations

The Balearic Islands do not currently require visitors to carry a vaccination certificate. For further medical advice concerning the Balearic Islands, please contact your local doctor. Scuba Diving – you are strongly advised against scuba diving within 24 hours of travelling by air. Pregnancy – if you are more than 28 weeks pregnant at the time of travelling you will need a certificate of fitness to fly. Most airlines will refuse permission for anyone more than 32 weeks pregnant.

Passports and visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport for the country to which you are travelling, and that you obtain a visa should you require one. If you do not hold a current 10 year passport you should allow sufficient time to obtain one. Regulations covering holders of non-UK passports or British Overseas passports vary and you are advised to check with the relevant consulate for further details.

All individuals, including infants and children under 16 years, must have their own passport, unless otherwise advised by the Passport Office. Anyone applying for a new or renewing an existing passport with children included on it must apply for a separate passport for each family member including infants. If you are travelling on your honeymoon you will need to travel in the name that is stated on your passport (your maiden name if you have not had the opportunity to get your passport changed).

Special requests

We will do our utmost to meet any special requests that you may have, but these cannot be guaranteed. Any request should be mentioned to us at the time of booking.
