Important information to keep in mind:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

Nice little villa That is worth the money, But the Service could be better.
It is a nice little house in the countryside. It is very peaceful despite being not far away from the Main road. The pool is not too big but still nice. You have a big property and the House itself was very clean and comfortable.
The wifi did not work when we arrived and it took two days for it to get fixed. You can only Write EMails to the Assistance Team and it took them very Long to answer. Also, when we arrived there weren‘t any basic things like soap, dishwasher tabs, salt an

Aangenaam verblijf: zeer ruime villa in een rustig gelegen gebied. Helaas erg veel mieren in het huis. Ook lekkende airco. Pluspunt: goede communicatie met de host. Over het algemeen zouden we dit zeker aanraden!
