Important information to keep in mind:

In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.

On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.

Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es wäre hilfreich, das Geschirr vor der Nutzung abzuwaschen. Auch hatten wir ein kleines Problem mit der Dusche, da das Wasser nicht richtig ablief und wir knöcheltief im Wasser standen.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, perfect for a relaxing holiday!

We found it really difficult to find the villa. Google maps didn’t work great to help us find it. When we managed to find it, the villa didn’t have a name or sign we just had to hope it was the right place and try the code in the key safe! I think better

Erholung Pur, wir werden wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft ist ohne Frühstück, bzw Selbstversorgung! Die Lage der Finca ist Traumhaft man hat einen tollen Ausblick und seine Ruhe, es stört einen Niemand! Die Finca ist toll Ausgestattet und der Pool ein Traum für klein und groß.

Es war alles bestens, das einzige was etwas nervig ist sind die Ameisen die bei jedem Brotkrümel aus der Ecke kommen, aber das Problem haben dort sicher alle Unterkünfte und liegt nicht an der Qualität oder Sauberkeit der Unterkunft!
