Villa El Rafalet is a sweet and cozy country house with a private pool, located in a rural area near the sandy beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, perfect for accommodating up to 6 people. Carefully furnished with antique pieces, the villa is surrounded by extensive lawned gardens, as well as spacious terraces offering unique opportunities for outdoor living.

A short path leads to the entrance of the property, resplendent with beautiful old wooden doors. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a wonderful kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and kitchenware, everything you need.

In the villa there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. It also has 2 bathrooms with a shower.

Outside there is a covered terrace and a delightful pool area, from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area. A grass area and a typical stone patio surround the pool. It is a truly idyllic place to relax or enjoy the mild Mallorcan climate in total peace and privacy.
