After accessing through a private entrance and parking comfortably, a couple of steps lead to a covered terrace and the main entrance. Inside, a spacious living-dining room combines traditional details such as stone walls and exposed beams, with modern decor. The living room has comfortable sofas, dining area, breakfast bar and a new, well-equipped kitchen. An arch leads to two bedrooms (one double and one with single beds), both modern and functional, as well as a full bathroom and a shower toilet. From the living room, access is gained to a covered terrace with outdoor furniture, which connects to another open terrace and the private saltwater pool, fenced upon request.
