Virrey

A private driveway leads to the villa, with the pool on the left Spanish 2 bedroom villa is situated between the Tramuntana mountains and the seafront. With a large private pool and a pleasant garden area, there is plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying the pleasant surroundings. Villa Virrey is a short drive from both the old town of Pollensa and the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa. The traditional style living room runs the length of the villa and has patio doors on 2 sides which open directly onto the poolside terrace. The dining room is situated next to the entrance to the kitchen, which has a smaller breakfast table and a door to the barbecue and outdoor dining area. 

On the other side of the living room is a sitting room with an ornamental fireplace and traditional Mallorcan decor, a guest toilet next to the staircase completes the ground floor. 

The 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom has traditional Spanish furniture and fitted wardrobes, with views of the surrounding countryside. The large private swimming pool is undoubtedly one of the highlights of Villa Virrey. The surrounding terrace has plenty of space for sunbathing. Or, if you prefer the comfort of shade, there is also a seating area on the wrap-around covered terrace. The brick barbecue and outdoor dining area are located to the side of the house.
