With capacity for 4 people in 2 air-conditioned rooms, Villa Xinito is the perfect option for a couple or a small family. Thanks to its spacious gardens with lawn, private pool and perfect location, Villa Xinito will not disappoint. Inside, the villa is situated on a single floor. From the open living/dining room, with exposed beams, doors open to the impressive covered terrace, which provides access to the pool area, which in turn leads to a spacious lawn. A step forward leads to a double bedroom with a complete en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom and a complete bathroom for the whole family. The spacious gardens (surprisingly large for a two-bedroom property) are planted with many fig trees, and the landscape beyond gives the villa a seductively calm atmosphere. Additionally, a roof terrace (accessed via a spiral staircase) offers a new opportunity to enjoy splendid views of the countryside and surroundings. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are available to guests. Free air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The tourist tax is included in the price.
