Can Cladera es sin duda una de las mejores villas del norte de Mallorca. Bellamente amueblada, espaciosa, rodeada de jardines privados y perfectamente situada entre Pollensa y el Puerto de Pollensa, esta villa impresionará incluso a los huéspedes más exigentes. La entrada es a través de la puerta principal a una acogedora sala de estar con sofás, sillones, TV vía satélite, Internet wi-fi. La cocina independiente con comedor ha sido reformada y totalmente equipada para la preparación de cualquier tipo de comida. Las puertas del patio dan a la terraza exterior amueblada con mesa de comedor, sillas, sofás de ratán, barbacoa. En la planta baja también hay un dormitorio doble, una gran ducha familiar, un gimnasio privado y una lavandería con lavadora y secadora. Una escalera lleva al primer piso. Con sus preciosos suelos de madera y techos altos, esta planta alberga un "home cinema" con sillones y pantalla plana, 1 habitación doble con ducha en suite y 2 habitaciones dobles con ducha en suite una vez más. Se ha hecho especial hincapié en el espacio de almacenamiento de la ropa, en el estilo del mobiliario y en el tamaño de los baños, que son sorprendentemente grandes y tienen un bonito acabado. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, incluido en el precio de alquiler a horas fijas entre las 14:00-16:00 y las 20:00-8:00.
En el exterior, Can Cladera es un verdadero oasis de paz con unas vistas panorámicas sin obstáculos sobre la sierra de Tramuntana. Hay amplias terrazas pavimentadas (incluyendo un aparcamiento privado), jardín con césped y minicampo de fútbol, terrazas amuebladas y sombreadas. Cenar al aire libre, o disfrutar de un paseo por los jardines, o beber una copa de vino será una experiencia realmente memorable! La piscina privada de forma circular mide 6 m de diámetro (profundidad 1,5 m), y está equipada con cómodas tumbonas y zonas de sombra, perfectas para relajarse en las horas más calurosas del día. Close to the old town, about a 20 minute walk to the squarea very short drive. 8 minute drive to the beach. Kitchen well stocked. BBQ provided. Amazing pool area. We have already booked it again for next year! I can’t recommend it highly enough.

We had a fabulous stay at Can Cladera. Perfect set up for our family holiday. The villa was significantly larger than we thought from the photos. There was a thoughtful welcome pack on arrival, perfect air con throughout. The securely full fenced pool was perfect for our 3 and 5 year old. Very private back garden, lots of space for the kids to explore. The view of the peaks at the back for the house in morning sun is amazing. There is a Lidl which is 10mins walk away2-3mins in the car.The drive is tight up to the villa we had a DR compact SUV and managed fine but personally wouldn’t recommend a bigger vehicle. Genuinely had the best time here would recommend for families.

We loved our week in this stunning villa. We’ve been coming to pollensa for 20 years now & this is the best villa we’ve stayed in. The location is excellent as walkable into town (although we didn’t really as too hot, & bit too long for children) but v close to all the amazing restaurants, supermarkets etc. the villa is stunning, big, old in style but modern fixtures. It’s beautiful, the rooms are all big & each have high quality bathrooms, the dressing room is incredible, the tv room is great for siestas. Big kitchen, leading to terrace with gas bbq, huge lawns where our son played football for hours. The pool is wonderful & so scenic. It’s private& feels safe & secure with electric gates. It’s just fabulous, thank you!

The villa was lovely, we stayed here as a group of cyclists, the location was ideal, close to Pollença and the surrounding shops, but in a quiet / peaceful spot. It was incredibly spacious, and all of the bedrooms are massive, with their own bathroom. The kitchen was great, and had all the standard amenities, and the outside area, BBQ and seating area was also great! The hosts are always quick to respond and provide clear instructions making everything very easy. The only slight issue we had was that in the 2 twin room bathrooms, the drains sometimes have quite a bad smell, but with the windows open it seemed to clear up, but is definitely something which should be addressed, as this has been mentioned in other reviews previously. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back to with this villaanother one of Sealand villas in Mallorca. Thanks!!

An easy drive to lovely beaches, places to hike and shops etc. we also hired road bikes for a few days and couldn’t have been better located for it. We’d love to come back, it’s a very special villa in a very special place. Only slight frustration was that there were no basics like soap, oil, cloths, washing up liquid etc. given most guests must fly in, it would be much better for environment not to have every guests buying new!

The property was difficult to find for taxi drivers so perhaps there could be a sign on the road to indicate the property name.
The only other small issue was that there was not enough hot water for eight guests to shower.

The villa and surrounding gardens were superb. We had a couple of issues with the water supply/drainage but the team were extremely responsive and prompt in resolving these issues. We would have no hesitation in booking the villa again. The only suggver más

We stayed early on in the season so the weather wasn't hot, the outside sitting area was out of the sun so we had to move furniture to warm up, this probably isn't an issue in warmer weather. We did have a bad drainage smell from the shower in one bedroom that we reported, hopefully this can be sorted.
