The views are fantastic, with wonderful sun rises and endless opportunities for people watching! There are many restaurants/cafes within a few minutes plus small convenience stores nearby. A good supermarket is a five minute walk away. A car is not essential with this property. We had a bus transfer from the airport with Flybus - very good. The apartment is on the second floor with 39 steps but there is a lift. The property was very clean and had every thing needed. Can recommend.

We have stayed at Natalia before in 2017 and were surprised that the decor is still the same! The main wall with the picture on it needs some tlc and decorating.

We had issues with the dishwasher, shutters and a bedside cabinet all of which were rectified promptly. We would suggest non slip mats in baths plus a safety hand rail in both bathrooms. A notice on the main entrance door requesting the door be shut properly. A number of times we found the door ajar. The mattresses in the twin bedroom and the middle bedroom definitely need replacing. The springs have sprung and I had 10 nights of not very good . In my opinion the twin beds would be better if they were swapped with the double bed in the middle bedroom. |

Place was absolutely beautiful and the town of Pollenca is amazing. Welcome pack of soaps, shampoos, detergent, etc. is included in the price however and was not left for us so we purchased all of our own of those things and was offered the welcomepaver más

Welcome pack of soaps, shampoos, detergent, etc. is included in the price however and was not left for us so we purchased all of our own of those things and was offered the welcomepack to be delivered the day before we left mallorca. we got NO reimbursement either so make sure you check that you have your included welcome pack, as they may try to do this with others. Also the moment we walked in, sand was crunching below my feet throughout the apartment so I do not think the floors were cleaned. Other than those small problems, the bnb is stunning and the pictures are accurate. I would still recommend.

The cleaning company are really poor. When we arrived there as no welcome pack ie no hand soap, no clothes for the dishes, no detergent for the dishes and no toilet paper. As part of our booking we were supposed to have received a mid week clean, thiver más

As part of our booking we were supposed to have received a mid week clean, this did not happen, the same is true when we rented this property in 2022, On the day we were departing the cleaners appeared at the door at 08.45!!!! Despite Check out being 10.00am I think Sealand Villas need to look at the cleaning company as they are not providing the service that you pay for.

Main issue was no internet connection till the last day of the trip travelling with a 2 year old and having to use my own data the whole trip was not ideal. Although the communication was good there was no compensationadditional support to fix it. There was also no flexibility with check in and check out. We had a strict 5pm check in and 10am check out. With the cleaners turning up at 9am on departure. This meant long days either side of the holiday with luggage but would recommend for a cheap stay overlooking the beach.
