Villa La Rovina es una impresionante casa de 4 dormitorios con fantásticas vistas al campo de Puerto Pollensa, a 10 minutos a pie de la playa y los servicios. Este popular complejo costero tiene una gran variedad de tiendas, cafés y bistrós de moda a lo largo del paseo marítimo que conduce al puerto deportivo y continúa por el famoso Pine Walk. La villa en sí tiene una piscina privada orientada al sur en medio de amplios jardines y un interior amplio y luminoso. Aire acondicionado / calefacción en los dormitorios y salón, además de WiFi están incluidos.
Entrada
Desde la calle, un camino de entrada largo y cerrado conduce a un área de estacionamiento privado al costado del jardín. Desde aquí, la terraza cubierta conduce a la entrada.
Espacio vital
El salón tiene asientos cómodos, un televisor de pantalla plana y una mesa y sillas. La cocina adyacente es espaciosa y bien equipada, con ventanas que dan a la piscina y la terraza para barbacoa. Desde aquí también se puede acceder al lavadero.
Dormitorios y baños
En la planta baja hay un baño con ducha y un dormitorio con dos camas individuales que da al patio trasero. Arriba hay un dormitorio doble con balcón privado, también con vistas al patio, así como a la Sierra de Tramuntana a lo lejos. El tercer dormitorio doble comparte un amplio balcón con el dormitorio doble, frente a la piscina y al valle de Boquer. El dormitorio doble tiene baño en suite, mientras que los dormitorios con 2 camas individuales comparten un baño separado.

El espacio exterior es la mejor característica de Villa La Rovina . La piscina está rodeada por una amplia terraza para tomar el sol y un jardín con césped orientado al sur, disfrutando del sol durante la mayor parte del día. Sin embargo, si necesita un descanso del calor, el espacio exterior para sentarse y comer está cubierto, lo que proporciona mucha sombra.
Además, incluso tendrá su propia barbacoa de ladrillo para crear deliciosas comidas en casa.
En la parte trasera se encuentra un segundo patio parcialmente sombreado, también con mesa y sillas.
La tasa turística está incluida en el precio.

The Villa was perfect for a girls holiday! The location was great - close to a big shop and the port. Rooms were all a good size and the outdoor area was amazing. Kitchen was also well equipped. Cant recommend enough!

Sealand Villas have been told before about the map location which takes you to the back of the property. However the key is at the front of the property next to gates with no signage at all. Very difficult to find and wasted a few hours of our time wver más

Providing 2 remote controls for the gate would be so much better but actually we would have been happy with one when we arrived as it wasn't in the key box. We wish that you'd immediately dealt with replacement of missing one. It wasn't there when wever más

We wish that you'd immediately dealt with replacement of missing one. It wasn't there when we arrived and we didn't know how to get in. My 74 yr old husband had to climb a 10 ft wall to gain access and discover another entrance. Very stressful start! Not replaced for 48 hours! Also table tennis net broken and pool table not playable (balls just run down to one end) which was a major disappointment as it was one of the reasons we chose the villa. We asked for a replacement net for the table tennis but our request was ignored :-( and quite honestly we were just happy to get the remote control for the gate!

The front gate does not work. When I reported this to Easyvillas Mallorca sales team, rather than assist me I was told to contact their service team instead. This wasn’t very helpful.

The outdoor space and pool were excellent. Each bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage. Overall the villa is large, airy and very functional, with plenty of amenities. The location was incredibly convenient.

There was a noticeable damp issue in the downstairs bedroom. The safe did not work during our stay and the electric gate failed after two days - both issues were notified to the agency but not attended to. Cleaning supplies were lacking and the AC unver más

Cleaning supplies were lacking and the AC units became temperamental after use. General cleanliness of the common areas (kitchen and living room) was poor. The villa would benefit from some maintenance (for example, door handles tightened, cupboard doors sealed, flaking paint removed etc).

The pool area is great for chilling, even if it was a bit cool this time of year, but it didn’t stop us from jumping in 🥶. The villa looks like it is in a remote area, but you’re really quite close to all the bars and restaurants. It is close to all the main cycle routes out of porta pollenca , I found it easily accessible . We emailed yourselves regarding the pool filter and you were prompt to reply. We would definitely return and recommend the villa to others. Perfect location! |

I would make thing a little easier to find at night when you first arrive. The address you give is 1 cami boudor and our taxi driver took us to that address, but the lock box with the keys is on the main road where the electric gate, is on the opposiver más
I would make thing a little easier to find at night when you first arrive. The address you give is 1 cami boudor and our taxi driver took us to that address, but the lock box with the keys is on the main road where the electric gate, is on the opposite side to the taxi drop off. You give latitude and longitude and that may be the main gate, but people get confused when you look at the map and the villa is pinned on the back entrance, cami bodour . Drop off and pick up would be much easier on the main road as there is a place to park right outside the main gate if you provide this as an address. The other entrance is also quite tight for vehicles.
That aside my only other thing we found is that our clothes and bedding felt damp, don’t know if it’s because the villa hadn’t be used over the winter months, but I noticed it the first night when I got into bed. Once you warmed up you didn’t notice it until the next night and when we put our clothes on they had a damp feel, our friends also mentioned it . I did mention it in a email . Being able to put the heating on may have helped, but there were no instructions on how to operate this and it isn’t a system we were familiar with. It was unusually cold in the evenings, which also contributed. |

The address you get from the company leads to a gate you don't have the key for! You have to enter a gate on another street 200 meters away and it can be difficult to find especially if you arrive when it's dark. There is a sign which says "Villa Roiver más
