La Villa Mastaguera Roger, construida en piedra, está enclavada en un lugar privilegiado, cerca de Pollensa y de las playas de arena del Puerto de Pollensa, disfrutando de unas vistas perfectas sobre el Puig de Maria. Esta villa, con 3 habitaciones con aire acondicionado, 2 baños, interiores acogedores y hermosos jardines, es una excelente opción para las familias que buscan unas vacaciones relajantes rodeadas de naturaleza, pero cerca de impresionantes playas y pueblos tradicionales.

En el interior, la villa (cuidadosamente renovada y bellamente terminada) está distribuida en 2 plantas. En la planta baja hay un salón, una cocina abierta a la derecha y un comedor a la izquierda. También hay una habitación doble con ducha familiar. Una escalera lleva al primer piso, donde se encuentran una habitación doble y una habitación de doble cama, ambas compartiendo una ducha familiar.

En el exterior, los jardines de Villa Mastaguera Roger han sido cuidadosamente diseñados para impresionar. Hay palmeras maduras, flores, arbustos, césped y hasta una hermosa fuente! Es el lugar perfecto para un paseo relajante, disfrutando del clima perfecto de Mallorca. La gran piscina privada está rodeada de césped y dispone de cómodas tumbonas. La barbacoa y la mesa de comedor para 6 personas (frente a la piscina) son el complemento perfecto para cenar al aire libre.

En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y de 75 € fuera del horario de oficina. Las llaves nuevas deberán ser recogidas por el huésped en nuestra oficina.

El día del check‑out, no se debe dejar basura en la propiedad. Los huéspedes deben retirarla; de lo contrario, se aplicará un cargo de 150 € por la gestión de residuos.

El registro de huéspedes es exigido por la ley en España (Real Decreto 933/2021, de 26 de octubre) y Grecia (Ley 4446/2016), por lo cual cercano a su fecha de llegada, enviaremos un link de check in online para el registro de todos los huéspedes.

We are, however, very pleased to know that our management team was able to attend within two days and resolve the issues, and that the rest of your stay was comfortable. The villa is very well located only being a 5 minute drive to the town of Pollensa and being a family of 3 was ideal for us. We were very lucky that the week were there the weather was perfect and so we had great use out of the garden. The bedrooms are fairly basic but the bed in the downstairs room was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped which as we cooked most nights was ideal. There were a number of issues when we arrived but all these were dealt within a day or so which considering it was Easter weekend was great.

When we arrived the temperature was quite low and therefore the villa was cold. Unfortunately the AC and heater in the living area were not working but the management team came round within 2 days and fixed the problem. In addition there were a number of lights that were not working which they also resolved. Other issues included no toilet roll, no cleaning equipment such as cleaning pads, kitchen cleaner, no handle on the freezer which itself did not work and the fridge door was dirty. However as stated previously these issues were all resolved and the rest of our stay was very comfortable.

Die Finca war noch schöner als auf den Fotos!Sauber und super Lage.Check-IN lief problemlos das einzige negative war die Ausstattung der Küche (Spülmaschine macht nicht sauber) ansonsten war die Finca ein Traum und das wäre meckern auf hohem Niveau!Wir ko

Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu verbessern. Selbst der entfernt liegende gemauerte Grill unter einem kleinen Unterstand hat genug Platz für mehrere Leute.
