Description
Villa La Rovina is an impressive 4 bedroom house with fantastic views of the Puerto Pollensa countryside, 10 minutes' walk from the beach and amenities. This popular coastal resort has a huge choice of shops, cafes and fashionable bistros along the seafront leading to the marina and continuing along the famous Pine Walk. The villa itself has a private south-facing swimming pool amid spacious gardens and a bright and airy interior. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, plus WiFi are included.
Entrance
From the street, a long, gated driveway leads to a private parking area to the side of the garden. From here, the covered terrace leads to the entrance.
Living space
The lounge has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a table and chairs. The adjacent kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, with windows overlooking the pool and BBQ terrace. From here you can also access the utility room.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor is a shower room and a twin bedroom which overlooks the rear courtyard. Upstairs is a twin bedroom with a private balcony, also with views of the courtyard, as well as the Tramuntana Mountains in the distance. The third twin bedroom shares a spacious balcony with the double bedroom, facing the pool and Boquer Valley. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom whilst the twin bedrooms share a separate bathroom.

The outside space is Villa La Rovina best feature. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace and lawned garden which faces south, enjoying sun through most of the day. Though if you need a break from the heat, the exterior chill out seating and dining space is covered providing plenty of shade.
What's more you'll even have your own brick BBQ for creating delicious meals at home.
A second partially shaded courtyard can be found at the rear, also with a table and chairs.
The tourist tax is included in the price.

Well equipped, accomodation, in a good location close to amenities etc. The property is not overlooked which makes it nice and private.The downside is that there was noticable road noise at times. Also there was a dog nearby that barked during the niplus

The Villa was perfect for a girls holiday! The location was great - close to a big shop and the port. Rooms were all a good size and the outdoor area was amazing. Kitchen was also well equipped. Cant recommend enough!

Sealand Villas have been told before about the map location which takes you to the back of the property. However the key is at the front of the property next to gates with no signage at all. Very difficult to find and wasted a few hours of our time wplus

Providing 2 remote controls for the gate would be so much better but actually we would have been happy with one when we arrived as it wasn't in the key box. We wish that you'd immediately dealt with replacement of missing one. It wasn't there when weplus

My 74 yr old husband had to climb a 10 ft wall to gain access and discover another entrance. Very stressful start! Not replaced for 48 hours! Also table tennis net broken and pool table not playable (balls just run down to one end) which was a major disappointment as it was one of the reasons we chose the villa. We asked for a replacement net for the table tennis but our request was ignored :-( and quite honestly we were just happy to get the remote control for the gate!

The front gate does not work. When I reported this to Easyvillas Mallorca sales team, rather than assist me I was told to contact their service team instead. This wasn’t very helpful.

There was a noticeable damp issue in the downstairs bedroom. The safe did not work during our stay and the electric gate failed after two days - both issues were notified to the agency but not attended to. Cleaning supplies were lacking and the AC unplus

Cleaning supplies were lacking and the AC units became temperamental after use. General cleanliness of the common areas (kitchen and living room) was poor. The villa would benefit from some maintenance (for example, door handles tightened, cupboard doors sealed, flaking paint removed etc).

We had a fantastic time at this villa. It is spotlessly clean, with modern facilities and has everything you need for a great stay . Fantastic location, as you are 200 yards to the supermarket and 200 yards the other way to the bus stop that can takplus

The pool area is great for chilling, even if it was a bit cool this time of year, but it didn’t stop us from jumping in 🥶. The villa looks like it is in a remote area, but you’re really quite close to all the bars and restaurants. It is close to all the main cycle routes out of porta pollenca , I found it easily accessible . We emailed yourselves regarding the pool filter and you were prompt to reply. We would definitely return and recommend the villa to others. Perfect location! |

I would make thing a little easier to find at night when you first arrive. The address you give is 1 cami boudor and our taxi driver took us to that address, but the lock box with the keys is on the main road where the electric gate, is on the opposiplus

The address you give is 1 cami boudor and our taxi driver took us to that address, but the lock box with the keys is on the main road where the electric gate, is on the opposite side to the taxi drop off. You give latitude and longitude and that may be the main gate, but people get confused when you look at the map and the villa is pinned on the back entrance, cami bodour . Drop off and pick up would be much easier on the main road as there is a place to park right outside the main gate if you provide this as an address. The other entrance is also quite tight for vehicles.
That aside my only other thing we found is that our clothes and bedding felt damp, don’t know if it’s because the villa hadn’t be used over the winter months, but I noticed it the first night when I got into bed. Once you warmed up you didn’t notice it until the next night and when we put our clothes on they had a damp feel, our friends also mentioned it . I did mention it in a email . Being able to put the heating on may have helped, but there were no instructions on how to operate this and it isn’t a system we were familiar with. It was unusually cold in the evenings, which also contributed. |

The address you get from the company leads to a gate you don't have the key for! You have to enter a gate on another street 200 meters away and it can be difficult to find especially if you arrive when it's dark. There is a sign which says "Villa Roiplus
