With Villa Roqueta de Siller, it is! Location, location, location! Without forgetting comfort and some personal touches able to turn a holiday into a unique Mallorcan experience. Villa Roqueta de Siller is a spacious, airy, indipendent villa with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extensive living areas and wide private gardens. Modernly designed and cleverly equipped with all the essential amenities such as air-conditioning, Villa Roca De Siller is set to impress for its character and attractive quality.
Inside the villa is set over 2 floors and features large windows to enjoy all the glorious sunshine of Mallorca. Spacious shaded terraces surround the house for excellent al-fresco dining opportunities.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area, perfectly furnished and equipped with sofas, dining table, wi-fi internet, flat screen satellite TV, DVD player, music system. Big patio doors lead to the pool area, making this area full of natural light. The separate, purposedly built kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of any kinds of meals: hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. On the ground floor there is also a welcoming double bedroom (air-conditioned) opening straight to the garden and provided with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms (both twins, air-conditioned) as well as a spacious family bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn and Mediterranean shrubs: the ideal place for a relaxing day under the sun! Or for a delicious barbecue (brick built barbecue is available). The private swimming pool, accessed via Roman steps, measures 8m x 4m (depth is between 1m and 2m) is a true oasis of peace and tranquillity. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for the guests, but with the attractive of the stunning sandy beach and promenade of Puerto Pollensa less than 15 min walk away, the choice will be hard: pool or “playa”?
The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.

Good location with easy walk into Pollensa. Villa is clean but needs some refurbishment and attention to areas in the garden. There were a lot of mosquitoes but this may have been down to the timing of the visit

Nice spacious villa, with stunning surroundings, including a shaded terrace, BBQ area and lovely sized pool. The rooms and bathrooms were all cleaned when we arrived, the pool was pristine too. There',s a large driveway which is shaded and ideal for any hire cars you may need to get about. Close enough to all amenities including the small mini market near the roundabout, Eroski 2 minute drive away. Beach is about 5 mins in car15 minute walk, as is the Port. Had a few small issues which were ironed out by the team at Sealand Villas, who including Melanie and Carmen were very helpful and accomodating throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

The inside of the property is slightly dated, although this adds to the charm. However, the kitchen and bathrooms could do with being completely refurbished and although all very clean, could do with changing completely. We were missing some sheets fplus

We were missing some sheets for the baby cot and upon arrival a high chair which was broke. Sealand Villas were very responsive in helping supply and repair both though. Although the maintenance man they sent was rather rude to say the least. The water went off also, due to a power failure in the port earlier which tripped the pump supplying the villa. However, again the support of Sealand Villas was fantastic and all issues were resolved promptly and professional by their teams.

Could do with a slight upgrade. The furniture is too basic and would only take minimal investment to improve. Lots of mosquitoes and bites, but can’t really blame the property for that!

Easy Villas were fantastic, communication was outstanding, any queries we had they responded straight away, they offered advice and I would book them again. The villa is better than on the pictures. It was spotless, spacious and there is plenty of roplus

It was spotless, spacious and there is plenty of room for 6 people. The location is perfect, just a 10 min walk into the centre and the beach. The pool was fantastic as were the gardens. I would certainly return to this villa.

When we arrived it was late at night and it was pitch black, it would have been good if some outside lights had been left on to enable us to see where we were going. The oven did not work, I was given a contact to get someone out to fix the oven but plus

The oven did not work, I was given a contact to get someone out to fix the oven but I do feel this should have been checked before our arrival. The external gate jammed one evening and one of us has to climb over to open the gate from the inside. The kettle when boiling was leaking water on to the electric base, there was another kettle but again these things need to be checked before people arrive. These are small things that could be easily rectified.

Wir, drei Erwachsene und drei Kinder, haben eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Die Unterkunft war groß genug und schön hergerichtet. Im Garten wachsen schöne Zitrusfrüchte, die fantastisch duften. Die Terrasse und der Garten waren sehr praktisch, da man auch Zeit draußen verbringen kann. Der Pool war sauber und unsere Kinder waren gern im Wasser. Strand ist ungefähr 15 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Wobei ich sagen muss, dass wir ein Auto hatten, um die Insel zu erkunden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Mallorca. Ein Minuspunkt aber dafür, dass das Bett im Erdgeschoss ein wenig ungemütlich war. Ansonsten kann man nicht klagen und die Abwicklung mit dem Anbieter war problemlos.

We had a couple of minor issues which the agents sorted immediately. The villa was clean with great a/c in the bedrooms. The pool was cleaned every 3 days. The outside seating is excellent for entertaining. Overall no complaints at all. We’ll probablplus

This villa was perfect for us as it was only a 10-15 min walk to the beach, restaurants and shops so you don’t need to hunt for parking and everyone can have a drink! Beautiful mountain views and surprisingly quiet. Would definitely return.
