Can Bauza is a beautiful and spacious 4-bedroomed villa with private pool, perfectly located just steps away from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa and the wide array of facilities that this sought after holiday resort can offer. Perfect for all those guests who want to live their holidays in contact with the sea at the relaxing atmosphere of Mallorca without the need to rely constantly on a car, Can Bauza offers unbeatable value for money for up to 8 guests. The interiors, welcoming and airy, together with the bonus of an inviting private garden with lawn and swimming pool will be the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and has been carefully designed to provide wide spaces to spend time all together. On the ground floor there is a huge lounge (with patio doors opening out to the pool patio), a separate fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 cooking rings, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine), a double bedroom and a family shower room. On the upper floor there are 3 further large bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom with bathtub. All the bedrooms have access to private terraces offering lovely views over the pool and the local pine trees: a beautiful sight at any time of the day!
For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available with presence sensor system
Outside, the villa has extensive paved terraces both on ground floor and first floor, perfect for enjoying a delicious al-fresco dinner or a glass of wine while enjoying the views (a large dining table is provided). A brick-built barbecue is also available. The private swimming pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and will be the perfect spot for chilling out after a long day on the nearby beach. Parking is also available free of charge.
Tourist tax is included in the rates.

The villa is in a great location. Near the bus stop, beach and big supermarket, Eroski Center. The pool was loved by all. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms was a welcome addition as well. The garden faces south west so plenty of sunshine morning tplus

The villa was not as clean as we would have liked it to have been. There was only one set of keys available, which was tricky for a large group. The lack of basic provisions such as a salt shaker, kitchen roll, oil etc was a pain. Yes, we were left aplus

The house really needs a fan downstairs in the main living room. It was unbearably hot. The garden also needs some serious attention. Felt very run down. It was impossible to sit outside past 12:00 with no umbrella so we had to buy our own. Small thiplus

Podlaha nebola čistá keď sme prišli. V susednom dome robili kompletnú rekonštrukciu a tak nás budili robotníci kladivami a zbíjačkami každé ráno o 8 hodine. Za to však Hostiteľ nemôže, ale ak by sme to vedeli dopredu, tak by sme si vybrali iné ubytovplus

The dog in garden outside 24/,7 next door barking all day/,some nights too, electricity tripped a lot of times in first few days and took us unplugging things to figure it out not maintenance man. Lots of dust.

We had a great stay in this villa. It was very clean and was was well equipped. The pool area was clean, with four loungers to relax on. It was in a quiet residental area, easy walking distance to Puerto Pollensa beach. Lovely restuarants within a 5 plus

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend. We will be returning one day.

We arrived almost mid-night , the property wasn',t easy to find, there was no where to find the name of ",Beach Villa Can Bauza", from main street, number plate and address were both confusing. Add a sign on the main street will be helpful. No shampoplus

Thankfully the communication was really good and things were taken care of but it was not an extremely clean place, and did not feel prepared for our arrival at all.

Wasy Villas were really easy to deal with. We booked in 2019 and with the pandemic we only got out in 2022. They communicated effectively and we got an extra 3 days for keeping our booking. Will definately use again.
