APARTMENT CALA CLARA

Enjoy the charm of Cala Sant Vicenç in this elegant and modern apartment located on the beachfront. The building itself has been recently built and has the sand of Cala Clara 50 meters away. A small, intimate beach with crystal clear water, for those who do not know the most famous corner of Cala Sant Vicenç.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the building and has a private terrace and garden with sea views. In addition, its guests can benefit from a glamorous infinity pool with designer hammocks, located at the back of the building. The swimming pool is shared with the other apartments.

Inside the apartment we will find two bedrooms, both with single beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The living room and kitchen share a large open area filled with natural light and delighted with spectacular views. The house has a second individual bathroom with shower. We will find AC both in the rooms and in the living room.

For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00-16:00 and 20:00-8:00. For bookings made before 15/12/2022 we will send a link from our bank where you can pay the Ecotax by credit card before your arrival. This tax is mandatory. For bookings made after 15/12/2022, the sale price already includes the Ecotax.
