The superbly renovated Villa Perdiu Vell Petit, located in a highly desirable and picturesque area close to the old town of Pollensa, is a special property not to be missed. Stone-built and attractively finished, the villa has extensive outdoor areas together with welcoming interiors for a truly Mallorcan holiday. With its perfect countryside location just 3km away from Pollensa, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and modern amenities, this villa is set to impress.
Inside, the villa is finished to the highest standard and set over 2 floors + a poolside annexe. From the private courtyard, guests can access the annexe, with it’s twin bedroom and full bathroom- perfect for all those seeking privacy, yet in close proximity with their family or friends. In the main house, the front door leads into the dining room, resplendent with traditional beams and decorated with many original Mallorcan artefacts. The dining room leads to the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for the preparation of any kinds of meals. There is also a toilet on this level. Steps lead up from the dining room to the lounge: with its delightful stone walls, it is a perfect place to relax and unwind. The central staircase leads to a large twin bedroom and a double bedroom (with a door to a balcony). From the balcony, views of the countryside and surrounding area can be enjoyed. Both of the bedrooms share a bathroom which features traditional stone walls and a skylight.
The large cobble stoned courtyard leads to a built-in barbecue and the pool area. The private pool is surrounded by a lawned area on one side and a pretty patio on the other. There is also a seating area overlooking the pool. The outdoor of Villa Perdiu Vell Petit are a true delight both during the day and during the evening. Comfortable sunbeds are provided for the guests.
The tourist tax is included in the price.

We were very disappointed in the condition of the villa. It was not to a standard that we would have expected given how much we paid. The shower curtains were dirty, the tap in the toilet didn’t work, limited provisions when you arrived like matches bekijk meer

The shower curtains were dirty, the tap in the toilet didn’t work, limited provisions when you arrived like matches to light the hob. We were burgled in the villa on our last night. We had limited support after that horrific experience and have not received anything since we returned home over 5 weeks ago.
The customer service I’ve received since leaving after sending an email with our issues has been disgraceful, I’ve either been ignored or when I’ve finally received an answer it was to only offer me 5% off my next booking!!!!!! I would never book this villa again nor would I ever use this company again! AVOID!!!!! |

They are there to help you and may well be able to solve the problem on the spot. Only those complaints made during your stay in the property will be accepted. Fein wäre Strandequipment, wie zB ein einfacher Sonnenschirm. Wir waren froh unsere Tischtennisschläger mitgenommen zu haben, da die dortigen sonnenbedingt schon etwas defekt waren ... inkl. Bälle -)
