Located in front of the sea, the elegant Beachfront Apartment Sivella Mar enjoys one of the most exclusive locations in Puerto de Pollensa and is very close to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Not forgetting the incredible sandy beach on your doorstep. With 1 bedroom, large living room, balcony, private parking and even an additional roof top solarium, this apartment is designed to impress.
The interior of the apartment is modern, stylish and newly decorated to offer an even better vacation experience. Also, being located on a corner plot, allows the apartment to be filled with natural light throughout the day providing a great feeling of space and freedom. It has 1 bedroom, one double, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sofa. The family bathroom has a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the entire apartment is air-conditioned (at fixed times, from 2pm-4pm and from 8pm-8am).
Large doors open onto the front balcony, allowing for stunning views of the sandy beach, promenade and Pollensa bay. A flight of stairs also leads to the roof terrace, a private area that boasts the most sensational views and plenty of extra space. For the convenience of our guests, even if a car is not necessary at this property, private (locked) parking is available on the premises free of charge.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Place was as described. Very clean. Bed was large and comfortable. Only problem wax the hot water. Insufficient supply for 2 people to shower one after the other. We complained that the shower lasted only 4 minutes. The owner came promptly and checkebekijk meer

We complained that the shower lasted only 4 minutes. The owner came promptly and checked the system and said it was working fine and essentially we should just be careful either way the water. The system is not big enough for 2 people. Also we had to leave @5am to catch our plane home. There was no lighting on the stairs. It was very dangerous.

Very comfortable property. Beautiful view and fantastic location. We were left a small cleaning kit which meant that we didn’t have to worry about buying bin bags, washing up liquid etc. Great to have a private off road parking space.

Can not really be changed but the walls between apartments are extremelythin and our first night was spoilt by neighbours watching TV until very late. After that it was fine. I can imagine in high season it would be very noisy indeed.

The weather was scorching and there was no outdoor space with shade. A canopy over the balcony would be beneficial. Also no instructions for kitchen equipment and no basic information of where to put rubbish etc
