The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, perfect for relaxing after a day full of activities under the warm Mallorcan sun. The second room offers two single beds, ideal for friends, family or travel companions. Both rooms offer a quiet atmosphere to ensure your comfort and privacy.

We have been renting villas in Pollença for over 20 years via various companies and have always been supplied with an information book. The lack of villa/local information would, for a first time visitor, be quite disconcerting. A PDF could easily be attached to a confirmation e-Mail after booking.

We accept that arrival and departure times for accommodation are standard and with hindsight, a call to Sealand requesting a later villa exit time would maybe have been appropriate. BUT Please do not threaten customers with police action when they asbekijk meer
We accept that arrival and departure times for accommodation are standard and with hindsight, a call to Sealand requesting a later villa exit time would maybe have been appropriate. BUT Please do not threaten customers with police action when they ask to stay an extra hour or so. The maids were quite happy to clean the villa around us. Most companies offer the option to stay longer depending on flight times.
We, therefore will not book with Sealand ever again. Shame, because we loved the villa. I am accepting the “review submission conditions” even though I can’t find them! |

Alles war super, sehr ruhig genau was wir gebraucht haben.Leider war die Klima Anlage defekt (hat getropft und stark gerochen. Nach 2 mal anrufen, kam trotzdem kein Handwerker. Sonst war alles top. Reinigungskräfte kam leider auch nicht, obwohl ein Tbekijk meer
Alles war super, sehr ruhig genau was wir gebraucht haben.Leider war die Klima Anlage defekt (hat getropft und stark gerochen. Nach 2 mal anrufen, kam trotzdem kein Handwerker. Sonst war alles top. Reinigungskräfte kam leider auch nicht, obwohl ein Tag ausgemacht wurde von 10-15uhr. Aber hab selbst sauber macht, war alles ok.Die Unterkunft und der Garten waren gepflegt.Die Nachbar super freundlich. Draußen ist noch eine Toilette und die Waschmaschine, fand ich ganz praktisch. Sie Einfahrt ist eng aber trotzdem kommt man gut mit dem Auto durch.Alles mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Lidl und Erotik ist um die Ecke ca. 2 min von der Unterkunft mit dem Auto.
