Villa Linea Verde is a newly built property in a modern style with high qualities in its decorative elements, electrical appliances, general equipment and construction quality. It will be available and waiting for you from the 1st of May 2024 and has a living area of 110m2. The images shown are a rendering and the furnishings may vary slightly although the style will be modern and of good quality.
Located in the excellent area of Tsilivi. Only 1.2 Km away from the nearest beach and with all the amenities that the area offers in terms of restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc..
The villa has a capacity for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find the dining room with integrated kitchen. One bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with king size bed with ensuite bathroom, and another bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom. The property is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and Wifi.
In the outdoor area you will find a beautiful swimming pool of 7x4 metres with a depth of 1,4 metres in the whole pool and a recreation area with barbecue and porch where you can enjoy your pleasant lunches and dinners with your family or friends.

The villa itself is exactly as described and absolutely stunning. Great location as well. Only a short walk to shops and restaurants, 15 mins drive to the airport. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay at Zakynthos!!

Vi havde det BEDSTE ophold i Linea Villa Verde. Huset, poolen, udsigten og sengene er i topklasse og området er roligt og beliggende i tilpas gåafstand fra byen. Værterne - Mara og hende mor - fortjener 10 stjerner. Deres gæstfrihed og hjælpsomhed er ekstraordinær. Mara hjalp os med anbefalinger til strande, restauranter og bådudlejning. Hun var i kontakt med os løbende for at høre om vi havde det godt — også inden vi ankom. Hendes korrespondance var så imødekommende og varm. Maras mor lavede sandwich til os da vores fly var forsinket og bragte vin og græsk kage til os. De bedste værter nogensinde. Vi følte os virkelig velkomne og giver de varmest anbefalinger til stedet og værterne.

Det eneste vi manglede var lidt flere småting i køkkenet, fx mere end et skærebræt, lidt flere skåle og en dåseåbner. Men ellers var alt helt perfekt. Da vi ankom stod vores vært og tog imod os. Der var en lille velkomst med toastskinke, ost og brød mm så vi kunne få en lille bid mad inden udpakning og indkøb mm. Vi elskede at vi hurtigt kunne nå diverse restauranter om aftenen og havde let til mange ting på øen. Vil gerne booke igen.

All',arrivo abbiamo trovato il necessario per la prima colazione ed in partenza assistenza per il deposito bagagli. Il paesino di Tsilivi è raggiungingibile anche a piedi in una decina di minuti.
