Beach Apartment Brisa Marina is a uniquely located, modern apartment offering a huge private terrace and unobstructed views right over the beach of Puerto Pollensa. Sleeping up to 5 guests in air-conditioned interiors finished with taste and style, this large apartment is perfect for all those guests looking for an unforgettable beachfront holiday in one of the prettiest resorts of Mallorca. With a perfect sandy beach, children facilities, restaurants, bars, shops virtually at your doorstep, this holiday home will not disappoint even the most demanding guests!
The apartment is located on the first floor, to offer the added bonus of one of the largest sea-facing balconies of Puerto Pollensa (including dining table and sunbeds). There is a large lounge, equipped with sofas, TV (free channels), wi-fi, dining table, patio doors lading to the outside, as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms, spacious and welcoming, are respectively a double, a twin and a single, for a total of up to 5 guests. There are also 2 large bathrooms with bathtub + shower over.
For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00-16:00 and 20:00-8:00.

The location is perfect, overlooking the beach with restaurants, bars and shops all around. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped, has comfortable beds and a terrace which has sun until mid afternoon. There is a thoughtful welcome pack and see more

The apartment was very spacious, 2 large double/,twin rooms and a decent sized single room. The kitchen was full size with plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery, with a full size fridge and dishwasher. The veranda was very large, with room for a full size table, plus 3 sunloungers. It was directly across from the beach, with wonderful views out across the Med.

The apartment is directly above a restaurant, also called the Brisa Marina (wonderful Paella, and very friendly staff by the way). The only issue was that there was little soundproofing, particularly in the rear bedroom, which means you could hear thsee more

The only issue was that there was little soundproofing, particularly in the rear bedroom, which means you could hear the staff speaking to each other, up to 11.30am at night, and from around 8am the following morning. There was also a machine they used which sounded like an intermittent generator, and that came on without fail at 8am each morning. Luckily the family are early risers, as it was difficult to sleep past 8am.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is large, clean and spacious and is made extra special by the huge terrace and beautiful view of the sea and mountains. It was perfect for myself, my husband and our 3 children (ages 15,12 and 9)
