Piso Marc is a cozy 2-bedroom apartment, ideally located within the tourist complex of Puerto Pollensa. Located just a few steps from the amazing sandy beach, the promenade and a wide range of shops. It is the perfect place for a couple, a small family or a group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday without the need to constantly rely on a car. With 2 bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom, Piso Marc can accommodate up to 4 people in elegant and cozy interiors. Access to the terraces is through the community staircase.
The apartment has been arranged to offer a superior holiday experience at excellent prices, fulfilling all the requirements for an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca. Great location! Walk to the beach and dozens of restaurants. The rooftop terrace was awesome for breakfastlate night drinks. The biggest issue was finding nearby parking, but that's going to be an issue anywhere in Port Pollenca.

Séjour parfait pour 4 personnes. Dommage que les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain vu la taille de l'appartement il y a plein de place pour des toilettes séparé. Ne pas oublier de monter 2 étages pour profiter de la terrasse de toit, pour l'apéro see more

Die Wohnung war wirklich wie beschrieben. Alle Vorab-Infos waren super.Mit dem 2ten Zimmer war es für uns als Familie eine sehr tolle Wohnung. Strand und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine saubere Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist super zentral! Wir waren zufrieden, leider ist der Balkon nicht direkt an der Wohnung, man erreicht ihn über das Treppenhaus, daher ein Stern Abzug.

Attention la terrasse n'est pas au même étage que l'appartement mais 2 étages plus haut. Certes c'est écrit dans l'annonce, mais j'étais passée à côté. Il y a un petit balcon attenant au salon. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
