Piso Marina is a quiet apartment recently decorated with a lot of charm, with a beautiful balcony located just a few meters from the beach, in the heart of Puerto Pollença.
The ideal apartments for couples, families or groups of friends who want to rest in a quiet area and enjoy a good holiday on the beach and close to the commercial area of Puerto de Pollença with all the amenities. Parking on the street is free, and from the community staircase you can access a magnificent terrace.
Piso Marina has two rooms that receive natural light from an interior patio, a bathroom, a fully equipped American kitchen, a dining table for 4 people and a very comfortable living room with a sofa. From the living room there is access to the balcony where you can get some fresh air.
The air conditioning is included in the rental price, and available at all times, it only stops from 6 to 11 in the morning, for the rest of the machinery, and available in the double bedroom and in the living room.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Apartment was perfect for my family. Comfortable couches, bright sitting room and kitchen was well equipped. Our 2 year old slept in the room with no aircon but we were able to keep it cool with the fan provided. The roof terrace is a nice surprise. see more

We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants in less than a minute. We would go back again.

Pictures do not do this place justice! It’s 5 minutes to be in the water, 5 minutes to restaurants, bike shops, groceries … could not get more convenient. It’s more quiet than I expected being above business. It’s clean and well laid out. Only complasee more

Only complaints were no air conditioning in the small bedroom but the fan made it fine for night time and no bike storage. It’s family owned and they clearly take pride in ownership in keeping the place up well! Definitely would stay here again

We had a great time at Piso Marina. The place is very close to the sea (basically one street further) and the roof terrace and balcony offer a great view of the city and the mountains. Everything was squeaky clean and pretty much perfect except for ssee more
We had a great time at Piso Marina. The place is very close to the sea (basically one street further) and the roof terrace and balcony offer a great view of the city and the mountains. Everything was squeaky clean and pretty much perfect except for some of the cutlery. The beds and furniture felt comfortable. Only downside was that the room with the two beds had no AC and it was kind of impossible to sleep with the door closed there. Otherwise, a really nice place to stay at!!
