The stone-built Can Cladera is for sure one of the finest villas in Northern Mallorca. Beautifully furnished, spacious, surrounded by private gardens, and perfectly set between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, this villa will impress even the most demanding guests. Thanks to its manicured gardens, private pool, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, private gym and even a home-cinema, a holiday in Can Cladera will be a truly memorable experience.
Inside the villa is incredibly spacious and airy. Exposed stone walls and precious furniture enhance the feeling of class and style. Entrance is via the main door onto a welcoming living room with sofas, armchairs, satellite TV, wi-fi internet. The separate kitchen with dining area has been finished to the highest standard and is fully equipped for the preparation of any kinds of meals. Patio doors lead to the outdoor terrace furnished with dining table, chairs, rattan sofas, barbecue. On the ground floor there are also a double bedroom, a huge family shower room, a private gym and a laundry area with washing machine as well as dryer. A staircase leads up to the first floor. With its precious wooden floors and high ceilings, this floor houses a “home-cinema” with armchairs and flat screen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms once again with their en-suite shower rooms. Particular emphasis has been given to the storage space for clothes, to the style of the furnishing and to the size of the bathrooms which are really surprisingly large and beautifully finished. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, included in the rental price at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am.
Outside, Can Cladera is a true oasis of peace enjoying unobstructed, panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains. There are extensive paved terraces (including a private parking area), garden with lawn and mini-football pitch, shaded furnished terraces. Dining outside, or enjoying a walk around the gardens, or drinking a glass of wine will be a truly memorable experience! The circular-shaped private pool measures 6m of diameter (depth 1.5m), and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and shaded areas, perfect for chilling out during the hottest hours of the day. Due to the close proximity of stunning sandy beaches (like Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Playa de Muro), wether to spend lazy days by the pool or venturing out will be a hard choice!

What a beautiful villa located in a rural area just outside Pollença town. Lovely views of the mountains, tons of space for the 7 of us, and great lawn for the kids to play football. Groceries are very close, and a couple restaurants are walkable as see more

We have been visiting pollensa for years and this is the best villa we have stayed in. Beautiful rustic villa, the beds were so comfy, agents were so responsive and helpful. Close to the old town, about a 20 minute walk to the squarea very short drivsee more

Close to the old town, about a 20 minute walk to the squarea very short drive. 8 minute drive to the beach. Kitchen well stocked. BBQ provided. Amazing pool area. We have already booked it again for next year! I can’t recommend it highly enough.

There was a thoughtful welcome pack on arrival, perfect air con throughout. The securely full fenced pool was perfect for our 3 and 5 year old. Very private back garden, lots of space for the kids to explore. The view of the peaks at the back for the house in morning sun is amazing. There is a Lidl which is 10mins walk away2-3mins in the car.The drive is tight up to the villa we had a DR compact SUV and managed fine but personally wouldn’t recommend a bigger vehicle. Genuinely had the best time here would recommend for families.

We loved our week in this stunning villa. We’ve been coming to pollensa for 20 years now & this is the best villa we’ve stayed in. The location is excellent as walkable into town (although we didn’t really as too hot, & bit too long for children) but v close to all the amazing restaurants, supermarkets etc. the villa is stunning, big, old in style but modern fixtures. It’s beautiful, the rooms are all big & each have high quality bathrooms, the dressing room is incredible, the tv room is great for siestas. Big kitchen, leading to terrace with gas bbq, huge lawns where our son played football for hours. The pool is wonderful & so scenic. It’s private& feels safe & secure with electric gates. It’s just fabulous, thank you!

The villa was lovely, we stayed here as a group of cyclists, the location was ideal, close to Pollença and the surrounding shops, but in a quiet / peaceful spot. It was incredibly spacious, and all of the bedrooms are massive, with their own bathroom. The kitchen was great, and had all the standard amenities, and the outside area, BBQ and seating area was also great! The hosts are always quick to respond and provide clear instructions making everything very easy. The only slight issue we had was that in the 2 twin room bathrooms, the drains sometimes have quite a bad smell, but with the windows open it seemed to clear up, but is definitely something which should be addressed, as this has been mentioned in other reviews previously. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back to with this villaanother one of Sealand villas in Mallorca. Thanks!!

An easy drive to lovely beaches, places to hike and shops etc. we also hired road bikes for a few days and couldn’t have been better located for it. We’d love to come back, it’s a very special villa in a very special place. Only slight frustration was that there were no basics like soap, oil, cloths, washing up liquid etc. given most guests must fly in, it would be much better for environment not to have every guests buying new!

The property was difficult to find for taxi drivers so perhaps there could be a sign on the road to indicate the property name.
The only other small issue was that there was not enough hot water for eight guests to shower.

We had a great stay as a group of six people. The Villa was clean and had a lot of space. We missed that the pool wasn’t a bit closer to the house and it was very early shady.

The villa and surrounding gardens were superb. We had a couple of issues with the water supply/drainage but the team were extremely responsive and prompt in resolving these issues. We would have no hesitation in booking the villa again. The only suggsee more

We stayed early on in the season so the weather wasn't hot, the outside sitting area was out of the sun so we had to move furniture to warm up, this probably isn't an issue in warmer weather. We did have a bad drainage smell from the shower in one bedroom that we reported, hopefully this can be sorted.
