Description
Daniel Gran is a superb holiday home, featuring an extra large private pool, air-conditioned interiors finished to the highest standard, and even a private beach-soccer field. With 4 bedrooms, air-conditioning through, extensive terraces and attention to the details (the villa has just been fully renovated), this property can accommodate up to 8 guests in a sophisticated and classy environment. The pretty seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa is just a short drive away.
Inside, the villa is set over one floor. The spacious lounge with adjoining dining area has ben beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas, hand-crafted wooden furniture and has direct access to the outside patio. There is a fully equipped kitchen leading (through a set of steps) to a second kitchen finished in traditional Mallorcan style. There are 4 airy bedrooms, once again beautifully furnished and well finished. The bedrooms are respectively 3 doubles and 1 twin, sharing 2 new family shower rooms. Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am
Outside, the villa offers stunning terraces fully furnished and offering lovely views over the Mallorcan countryside. Enjoy a delicious meal cooked using the brick-built barbecue, or suntan by the pool, this will be a holiday to remember! The large private pool and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds. Additionally, for the exclusive use of the guests staying in Daniel Gran, there is a spacious beach-volley and soccer field with sand!
