Cal Beato has been recently restored with the aim to become a special holiday home, uniquely located within walking distance to the old town of Pollensa. Surrounded by beautiful gardens with private pool and attractive outdoor dining areas, Cal Beato welcomes its guests in stylish interiors able to easily accommodate up to 8 people in 4 airy bedrooms.
Large gates open into the driveway and lead up to the villa. The front door opens into an open-plan lounge/dining room with cream coloured sofas, a stylish dining table, chairs and an American style fitted kitchen. Large French windows open out to a huge covered terrace, which overlooks the pool with its wide Roman steps into it. Off the lounge/dining room is a twin bedroom with en-suite full shower room, a double bedroom and a shower room. A staircase leads up to the upper floor, with a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a picture window overlooking the gardens. These bedrooms share a family shower room. The decor within the villa is stylish and the fittings and fixtures are of an excellent standard.
The generously sized private swimming pool is surrounded by grass and has established hibiscus trees nearby, together with shrubs and Mediterranean flowers. Adjacent to the pool area is a superb covered barbecue terrace - ideal for entertaining around the pool and gardens while enjoying al-fresco dining. The views from the pool area, with the Tramuntana mountains on the background, are stunning and relaxing at the same time: perfect for long lazy hours under the warm Mallorcan sun.

This Villa was just perfect for a great family get away.

The pool was a great size for our three young girls to practice their swimming and have tons of fun. The layout of the villa and gardens meant we could see them at all times so knew they were safe. The location is perfect with Pollenca just a couple see more
The pool was a great size for our three young girls to practice their swimming and have tons of fun. The layout of the villa and gardens meant we could see them at all times so knew they were safe. The location is perfect with Pollenca just a couple of minutes drive away, beaches just 10/15mins drive away and supermarkets just a minutetwo drive away. It was really easy to find from the airport. The area is stunning and the backdrop of the mountains meant it felt nice and remote without being too far from beaches, restaurants etc. The team at Easy Villa's were great from initial enquiries through to assistance during the stay. We would highly recommend this villa and look forward to coming back next year. Thanks again, Chris

It is in walking distance to Pollenca and easy to get to and from by car with lots to see in the area. The outdoor area was lovely with a great and clean pool and a large sofa and large table that gets the last evening sun. The rooms are spacious ansee more

The outdoor area was lovely with a great and clean pool and a large sofa and large table that gets the last evening sun. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfy. Communication with Easy Villa was super easy. The alarm went off when we checked in, but we could call Easy Villa and they guided us at once. The kitchen equipment could use an upgrade but it was not a big issue. However, there are a lot of roosters and dogs in the area who seem to be up all night so earplugs are recommended.
