Description
The superb Embat, with 3 bedrooms and private pool, is a truly special holiday home finished to the highest standard and recently renovated. Combining classy interiors with a perfect location, the villa is just 2km away from the seaside and conveniently close to the sought after Puerto Pollensa, with its many bars, shops and restaurants.
Inside, the villa is set over one floor, raised by a few steps (or a ramp) from the private driveway with parking.
The entrance door opens into the hall and the open-plan lounge/dining area, which is light, airy and spacious, with high beams. The modern dining table and chairs perfectly blend with the black leather sofas and chairs in the lounge. Both areas have large patio doors that open out to the covered terrace and the pool. Off the lounge, is the large, modern, fully fitted kitchen with its intriguing colour scheme and stainless steel fitments including wall oven. The kitchen door leads out to the covered terrace and the pool. Off the lounge/dining area, there is a twin bedroom with a large en suite shower room, a further twin bedroom and a full family bathroom. Stairs lead up to the spacious master double bedroom suite with its large en suite shower room, with marble floors and tiles, and modern details. Large patio doors lead out to an uncovered balcony with lovely views of the countryside and the bay of Pollensa beyond.
The inviting swimming pool is situated to the side of the house and is surrounded by lawns on all sides. It will be the perfect spot to enjoy long hours under the warm Mallorcan sun, take a refreshing dip or just read a book. The outdoor terraces overlooking the pool and the garden provide shade during the hottest hours of the day and are equipped with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining.

The villa itself was lovely, clean, and plenty of towels were given. Easy to check in and out. Supplies given were helpful. However If you are under 25 they will charge a deposit. I wouldn’t recommend coming here without a rented car as the taxi servsee more

It would be great to be given notice when the owner is going to turn up. We appreciate the garden needs to be watered etc within the two weeks but it gave us a shock one day that the gates opened and two people arrived, not knowing who they were. Liksee more

Likewise, on the last day, the owner arrived before 8.30am, as check out is 10am we felt he could have waited until then. Shower head’s desperately need replaced.

Location worked really well, a short drive to beach and old town but v straightforward.What I would call out in particular was the responsiveness of the property manager and the owner. We had an issue with the gates to the property that had broken meaning we couldn't get in (no problem there, stuff breaks that's just life!). I was incredibly impressed by the combined responsiveness of agent/owner who were out to fix this within 20 mins! honestly couldn't ask for better service.

Tres bon séjour dans cette belle maison. le logement est spacieux et propre. vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire avec des petits kits a l'arrivée (papiers toilettes, éponge, produit vaisselle, capsule machine a laver et lave vaisselle,...). nous avonsee more

Néanmoins, l'intérieur manquait quelque peu d'entretien et de quelques couvertures supplémentaires pour les nuits fraîches..Les enfants ont adoré la visite des paons et biquettes dans le jardin, par contre les gens au sommeil sensible apprécieront moins les réveils nocturnes..Globalement un bon séjour toutefois.
