Description
Villa Soler De Baix is a sweet and cheerful property, with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, private pool and surrounded by unspoilt countryside. It is well located close to Pollensa and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Blessed by extensive outdoor areas with gardens, lawn and terraces, and carefully furnished inside with light and airy interiors, this villa is a perfect family holiday home for a quiet retreat under the sun. Built as a single storey villa, the property is approached through iron gates and up an oleander lined driveway. The villa has a large uncovered terrace leading to the entrance door and also to the pool area.
Inside, there is an airy, spacious lounge/dining room with large sliding doors providing unrestricted views across the countryside. There are two sofas and banco seating with cushions in the lounge and a large teak table perfect for dining all together. Next to the lounge there is a fitted kitchen with a door leading to a covered terrace with a teak table and chairs and a freestanding BBQ perfect for al-fresco dining.
To the left of the entrance there is a hallway (fitted with wardrobes) leading down to two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a shower room and a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.
For the safety of the children, the swimming pool is gated.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am
The tourist tax is included in the price.

Schönes Haus mit großer Terrasse und mit weitem Blick über die Felder. Toller Pool und Platz für Tischtennis etc.
Es wurde einiges renoviert, bzw. ausgebessert in den letzten 2 Jahren (Fliesen im Pool, Poolliegen usw.)
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Fenster in dem Badezimmern lassen sich nicht richtig abschließen und sehen durch die Feuchtigkeit nicht mehr gut aus. Waschmaschine schleudert nicht gut.

Die Finca ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen:
Duschbad mit wackeligem Fenster- und Türgriff der abfiel
Matratzen mit harten Spiralfedern in beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer,
Sofa durchgesessen
Küchenschränke riechensee more
Die Finca ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen:
Duschbad mit wackeligem Fenster- und Türgriff der abfiel Matratzen mit harten Spiralfedern in beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer, Sofa durchgesessen Küchenschränke riechen sehr chemisch und penetrant - hier wollten wir keine Lebensmittel verstauen Insgesamt macht die Finca einen guten Eindruck und wenn man ein wenig investieren würde, wären 5 Sterne vollkommen gerechtfertigt! |

Die Villa ist sehr schön und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir haben 2 kleine Kinder und wussten es zu schätzen, dass der Pool eingezäunt war und es Spielsachen, ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl für die Kinder gab. Sogar Geschirr war vorhanden fsee more
Die Villa ist sehr schön und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sogar Geschirr war vorhanden für die Kleinen. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Terrasse und der weite Blick bis ins Gebirge sind ein Traum. Die Aufteilung der Villa hat uns gut gefallen und dass man so große Fenster zum Aufschieben hatte. Wir haben uns nach unseren Ausflügen immer auf „unsere“ Villa gefreut. Klare Empfehlung!
