Description
Villa Ca na Lloreta is in a great location, a short walk from the beach and amenities of Playa de Muro. The house has a private swimming pool and a large, sunny, south-facing garden. Plus, from the seating area at the top of the unique tower, you'll have marvellous panoramic views over the local area to the countryside and hills.
This 3 bedroom villa has several authentic features, and includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all of the bedrooms.
A short private lane leads to Villa Ca na Lloreta own parking area, with a pathway to the entrance.
The combined lounge and dining area has plenty of seating by the TV, including a pleasant built-in bench by the window, as well as an ornamental fireplace and a table and chairs. The living space is traditionally furnished, with a typical tiled floor and beamed ceiling, and has patio doors onto the pool terrace.
The neighbouring kitchen is fully equipped, and has a small breakfast table, with access to the rear of the property via the adjacent utility room. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
Villa Ca na Ca na Lloreta has a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms which share a separate shower room. All 3 bedrooms are comfortable and well-furnished, with ample storage space.
From the twin bedroom at the front of the villa, stairs lead up to Villa Ca na Lloreta best feature - a unique tower-top seating area which has windows on all 4 sides, giving you a superb 360° view of the resort. All bedrooms have the benefit of air conditioning/heating
Outside, Villa Ca na Lloreta has a private swimming pool, with a spacious sunbathing terrace on one side, and a large lawned garden to the other. The grounds face south ensuring a good amount of sunshine during the day, but the trees provide ample shade if you need a break from the heat. The patio outside the living area is also covered, creating a comfortable alfresco dining space, complemented by the brick BBQ to the far side of the garden.
Villa Ca na Lloreta can sleep up to 6 people. (FREE Travel Cot and Highchair available on request.)

Everything about the villa was nearly perfect. The only issue we had was that after our stay, the host messaged us, asking for money for things we didn’t break. It was quite strange because they initially asked for money for improper waste management, but later apologized, saying it was from another villa, as we had made sure the waste was disposed of properly. They also accused us of breaking an oven tray and a dustbin, which seemed really odd. However, we got Airbnb involved, and they helped us resolve the issue. We didn’t have to pay for any of the damages we were accused of. Apart from this strange incident, everything else was almost perfect. The way the hosts helped us with location and key information was very well done. It’s just that this payment request made the whole experience a bit sour.

Lovely place with a fantastic pool and all the facilities we needed. Great walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Some maintenance required though, but this was quickly addressed.

Maison agréable et spacieuse proche des commerces et de la plage, mais environnement très bruyant. La maison étant plutôt ancienne est très mal isolée. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas recouverte ou chauffée pour en profiter en Octobre.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön, tolles großes Grundstück, schöner Pool, klasse sind auch Pool-Billardtisch und Tischtennis-Platte dabei. Die Fenster sind jedoch recht in die Jahre gekommen, Fliegengitter teilweise kaputt, in dem einen Badezimmer stinkt es leider unangenehm (wahrscheinlich aus Abfluss) wenn Fenster geschlossen ist. Die Küchenausstattung ist teilweise etwas dürftig, es fehlen so einige Basics, von Topflappen über ausreichend Küchenutensilien bis hin zu Salz-/Pfefferstreuern. Aber der Service vor Ort ist super, wenn man eine Mail schreibt, dass etwas fehlt oder zu wenig von etwas vorhanden ist, wird es in kürzester Zeit gebracht. Deswegen trotz gewisser kleiner Mängel 5 Sterne.
