This charming holiday villa is located in a very quiet area of Puerto de Pollensa in Mallorca. It is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the island. The Chalet has four spacious bedrooms, offering enough space to accommodate a family group of 8 people.
One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, which provides additional privacy and comfort, and one of the bedrooms is located on the first floor. In addition, the chalet has two additional bathrooms for guests' convenience. There is also an outdoor toilet with outdoor shower, located next to the pool, ideal for cooling off after sunbathing on hot summer days.
Next to the spacious and bright living-dining room we find the independent and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. There are large terraces where you can enjoy your meals outdoors and sunbathe. In addition, the villa has a built-in barbecue, perfect for organizing delicious barbecues in the company of your loved ones.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, with natural grass, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the environment. The large private pool is another highlight of the property, offering the opportunity to cool off and enjoy a dip at any time.
The location of the villa is unbeatable, as it is just a few minutes walk from the beach and the long promenade of Puerto de Pollensa. You can enjoy the beautiful sea views and take pleasant walks along the coast.
