Beautifully furnished and finished, the house can sleep up to 6 guests in air-conditioned interiors and enjoys beautiful views over the town, the high surrounding mountains and the sea. Thanks to spacious terraces (including barbecue and dining area!), living a summer holiday in this property will be a memorable experience! Without forgetting the wide array of shops, bars, restaurants and public transport, virtually at your doorstep: a car is not required.

There is also a spacious furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying relaxing hours under the shade. The 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All beautifully decorated, airy and inviting, they are respectively 2 doubles and 1 twin. Terraces provide nice views over the town and the mountains. A family bathroom with shower is also located on this floor. The upper floor is occupied by the most amazing spot of this house: a panoramic terrace with barbecue offering breathtaking views over the Tramuntana mountains and the sparkling blue sea: a truly unique feature for a village house of this kind.

Google maps unfornately brought me to the wrong location to another property also number 13 with a black key box and when I inputted the code for the keys, bizarrely it worked but no keys. I realised after I called the emerengy number that I was at tsee more
