Es Clot is one of the finest and most welcoming beachfront houses of North Mallorca. Enjoying a truly unique position right on the water's edge and close to Alcudia, Es Clot can sleep up to 8 guests in air-conditioned interiors. Thanks to its spacious, furnished terraces (at the front, side, as well as rear) the villa enjoys unlimited views to the sea providing a truly scenic setting both at day and night. All the ingredients for a holiday to remember!
Inside, the villa is divided into a main house and a self-contained studio, for a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, rented as a whole private holiday home for up to 8 guests. The main house has a spacious lounge with fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (one with its own en-suite bathroom) as well as an additional family bathroom. The separate studio, with its own entrance, has lounge with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom. The whole property is air-conditioned (included in the rental price at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).
Outside, with the sea literally at your doorstep, this holiday home is a true delight! There are spacious terraces furnished with sunbeds, tables, chairs as well as barbecue for delicious al-fresco meals. The views are to die for, and the turquoise color of the sea will amaze you!

After a last minute booking mix-up the rental company went out of their way to provide an upgraded villa for the same price. It turned out to be a blessing as this property was incredible - stunning seafront access, amazing views, large and spacious see more

It turned out to be a blessing as this property was incredible - stunning seafront access, amazing views, large and spacious and wonderful facilities. We cannot praise the company more highly. And we would recommend this beautiful villa without hesitation.

The villa is in a great location at the water',s edge in a small bay to the north of Alcudia. The wrap-around veranda means that there is always a place to sit in the sun (or the shade) and there is plenty of space inside and outside the villa. The ksee more
The villa is in a great location at the water',s edge in a small bay to the north of Alcudia. The wrap-around veranda means that there is always a place to sit in the sun (or the shade) and there is plenty of space inside and outside the villa. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable. It is only a ten minute walk into Alcudia itself, and is close to a number of cycling and hiking routes.

Overall, if was perfect for our stay and there were only a couple of minor niggles that could be easily rectified - firstly, there wasn',t any written information that we could find in the villa about details such as operation of the washing machine, and checkout procedures, etc., which would have been useful. Secondly, we struggled at first to find the fourth bedroom, which turned out to be in a separate building. Finally, there were lots of keys to different doors but they were not labelled, so it was a little challenging to work out which ones did what at first!
