Description
Villa Maria Bonaire is a stylish, modern villa ideally located in the upmarket area of Bonaire, near Alcudia. Recently renovated to the highest standard, beautifully furnished and fully air-conditioned, this villa can sleep in comfort and style up to 8 guests. Thanks to its welcoming interiors, and beautifully furnished outdoor areas with private pool, this villa will be the perfect base for a holiday to remember!
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with adjoining dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 twin bedrooms (beds can be joined on request of the guests) and a family bathroom with bathtub as well as a small laundry room. The kitchen and lounge open onto the pool terrace, also comprising a shaded dining area. An impressive staircase leads up to the first floor where 2 further en-suite bedrooms are located. The master bedroom suite, surprisingly large, has its own bathroom with shower as well as access to 2 terraces: one overlooking the pool and one with views to the sea in the distance. The other bedroom has twin beds (that once again can be joined on request) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub as well as access to the pool facing balcony. The property is air-conditioned (available at set times between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).
Outside, the villa has extensive sun terraces surrounding the property as well as a generously sized private pool.
The pool equipped with comfortable sunbeds a well as a delightfully pretty shaded chill-out area.
Off street parking is also available free of charge.
The tourist tax is included in the price.

Very well equipped and spacious villa in a quiet area just outside of Alcudia. Fabulous pool area and very peaceful.
We had a problem with the boiler (no hot water) and the service was excellent, issue fixed within a couple of hours.

There are a couple of bars and a small mini market within five minutes walk, Alcudia old town is 20/25 minutes walk away. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Alcudia market was fantastic, it's on Sunday and Tuesday morning, well worth a visit! |

There was no information pack in the villa, this would be very helpful to give a guide to the villa itself, the local area facilities and most definitely numbers for taxi's & food delivery options if you arrive late at night (as we did).

A well equipped, resources and clean property in a beautiful area of Bonaire. The harbour is just a short walk away (10min) as well as a small supermarket where you can pick up everyday essentials. There is a few local restaurants within walking distsee more
A well equipped, resources and clean property in a beautiful area of Bonaire. The harbour is just a short walk away (10min) as well as a small supermarket where you can pick up everyday essentials. There is a few local restaurants within walking distance, and the wonderful old town of Alcúdia is a 5 minute drive away- perfect for a mid afternoon strollevening meal. Welcome booklet could be useful, but trip advisor and google maps both handy to find local spots etc. Overall the property exceeded expectations and would recommend to friends and definitely return!

Estuvimos alojados en esta casa en julio y todo fue muy bueno. La limpieza impecable, la cocina muy completa las sabanas y toallas en perfecto estado. En general nuestra estancia en la casa fue perfecta. La urbanizacion muy tranquila. Recomendaria esta alojamiento.
