Description
The superb and spacious Villa Illa is a welcoming holiday home with private pool and 5 bedrooms, able to accommodate up to 10 guests in airy interiors surrounded by extensive manicured gardens. Offering breathtaking views over the countryside and the sea, the villa is conveniently located close to Alcudia, Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, turning it into the ideal choice for a large family or a group of friends wanting to explore Northern Mallorca.
Inside the villa is set over 2 floors and has been varefully designed having in mind comfort and style. entrance is onto the spacious lounge/dining room with patio doors leading out to a large covered terrace. A large fully fitted kitchen is located off the dining room and has a door opening out to the large wrap around covered terrace, ideal for entertaining and outdoor dining. Also on the ground floor there are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom.
Stairs lead up from the entrance hall to a further seating area with doors to a covered terrace with magnificent views of the sea. Off this area, there are 2 twin bedrooms with a separate family full bathroom and a double bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe area and en suite shower room (hydro massage shower).
The large kidney-shaped swimming pool is located at the front of the villa and is surrounded by extensive, well kept gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers (parasols and sunbeds are provided for all the guests). The pool measures 9m x 5m (depth 1.1m - 2m) and access is via Roman Steps. Adjacent to the pool is a very large, covered barbecue terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. There are also a billiard table and table tennis for further relaxation and enjoyment. Villa Illa is definitely the perfect property for outdoor living while enjoying the stunning views!

We loved the size of the villa, big bedrooms and bathrooms, large living room and outdoor bbq/games area. Loved the ping pong and snooker table to entertain the kids. Beautiful views from the pool /front of villa onto Pollensa Bay. We had a great timsee more

Large clean pool with loads of loungers and shade. Really great!

The cleanliness could be improved, it was not super clean, we had to put all plates, glasses and cutlery to wash as soon as we arrived as some were dirty. Also it would be appreciated if the villa could have toilet paper upon arrival, as well as maybsee more

A few simple things that don’t cost much money but make a difference. Beach/pool towels could be available.

Die Zimmer sind auch alle groß und toll aufgeteilt. Ideal für 10 Gäste und man hat genug Platz .

Es ist ein tolles Anwesen um ab vom Schuss mit Freunden oder der Familie Urlaub zu machen. Schönes Grundstück, groß mit toller Aussicht und keine nervigen Nachbarn. Wir waren zu 6 da und haben die Woche sehr genossen. Ein Paradies und in die Stadt issee more

Die Vorhänge in den Bädern haben Schimmel und müssen ersetzt werden und es wäre schön wenn man Mückennetze im gesamten Haus anbringen kann. Wir wurden trotz jeglichem Mückenschutz total zerstochen. Wieso lässt sich die Tür im Tor nicht abschließen? Und wenn der Pool zu beheizen wäre wäre das Haus noch toller. |
