Description
Villa Roure II is a modern and stylish villa with private swimming pool ideally located in the upmarket area of Cielo de Bonaire, near Alcudia. Offering well kept gardens, extensive terraces, beautiful views to the sea as well as 4 bedrooms and a private gym, this spacious holiday home can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests in air-conditioned interiors.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor there are a spacious lounge (with patio doors opening straight to the terrace), a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with bathtub. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where an en-suite master bedroom (hydromassage shower) and a gym are located. The villa has been tastefully furnished and finished to provide an excellent holiday experience. Both the lounge and the bedrooms are air-conditioned (at set times between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).
The private pool, set at the front of the villa between lush gardens, measures 6m x 4m (depth 1m to 2.2m) and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. Dining table and barbecue are also available on the terrace, to enjoy delicious meals al-fresco.

Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Ausstattung ist super, alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und funktioniert auch. In den 14 Tagen hatten wir 2 mal den Reinigungsservice im Haus mir Handtuch- und Bettwäsche Wechsel.

Ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Mehrere kleine Badebuchten sind in 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. |
