Surrounded by 35 acres of private land and provided with 8 en.suite bedrooms, this is the perfect property for large groups looking for an exclusive holiday in one of the most beautiful and unspoilt locations of Mallorca. With top class services such as air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, kingsize beds, fully equipped kitchen, Son Simo Vell is a truly special holiday home (and it is also perfect to host special events such as weddings etc).
Beautifully furnished and providing sensational views over the surrounding countryside, the villa has large common areas (including a professional kitchen) and 8 spacious bedrooms, all en-suite, finished to a very high standard and offering kings size beds as well as TV and minibar. A gym is also provided for the guests to enjoy. Apart from the 8 en-suite bathrooms, there are also 2 WC for guests. The interiors are air-conditioned and comfortably equipped with all the essential appliances for a full self catering holiday.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by marvelous gardens with Mediterranean trees, shrubs, flowers. The generously-sized private pool measures 16m x 4m and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, parasols, hammocks. A bathroom is also available by the poolside. Spending long hours enjoying the privacy, the views and the quiet of the Mallorcan countryside will be a truly priceless experience!
The tourist tax will be paid in cash at the property. Visitors must pay an on-site deposit of 1600 Euros, which will be refunded in cash upon departure.
