Villa Zahara is a large, spectacular villa with private pool and lawned gardens ideally located close to Alcudia and its unforgettable sandy beaches. With 3 bedrooms, 240sqm of indoor space, welcoming interiors, stylish details and wide common areas, the villa can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The manicured gardens of more than 5000sqm complement the setting.
Inside, the villa is air-conditioned and has been renovated to the highest standard yet retaining all the traditional charm typical of Mallorca. The main living area is located on the ground floor. It consists of a beautiful lounge (air-conditioned), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, separate laundry room, and even an “internal garden”. On the ground floor there are also 2 welcoming bedrooms (air-conditioned, one double, one twin), a family bathroom and a WC. On the upper floor there is a beautiful air-conditioned double bedroom with en-suite bathroom A large terrace overlooks the pool, the garden and the surrounding countryside for endless relaxation under the Mallorcan sun.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive gardens with sunbathing terraces, flowers, trees and Mediterranean shrubs. The private pool measures 35sqm and is provided with comfortable sunbeds for the guests to enjoy. The extensive terraces are furnished with sofas, armchairs and dining table, perfect for outdoor dining and living. Barbecue is also provided.

Yes, you can purchase a pack from the agents but until arrival you don',t know what will be there and its annoying to have buy (as we did) full size cleaning products when only staying a week, having said that we were happy to leave what we purchased if those would be used by the next occupants. 3. Shower head in the upstairs bathroom needs replacing.4. Limited water pressure to the sink in the upstairs bathroom and then, no hot water to the sink.External:1. The photograph in the details of the seating area needs (as we said in our last review) to be changed. The nice looking lounge type sofas are not there, only plastic wicker types (which were not particularly comfortable.2. BIG POINT - the pool tiles are falling off and the pool looks tired. There were loose tiles lying around both inside and along the patio surrounds. The pool experience should be much better when considering the cost of rental.

Really enjoyed staying at the villa. It’s as described. Very comfortable beds and fresh linen and towels regularly changed. Great location for sightseeing. Some parts of the villa are looking a bit tired though - pool tiles missing, old worn sun lounsee more

Management company responded quickly when needed.
