Perfectly located just 2km from Arta and 10km away from some of the best beaches of the island (such as Cala Torta, Cala Agulla, Cala Ratjada), sheltered by mature trees, surronded by more than 3000sqm of private gardens and built to an exceptionally high standard, Villa Es Comella is set to impress. The property can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, in a truly idyllic setting, miles away from the daily routine, pollution, stress. Spend long days chilling out in the private pool, or enjoy a pleasant walk around the surrounding forests, or taste a delicious al-fresco dinner on the terrace: Villa Comella will be the secret ingredient for an unforgettable holiday!
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and is accessed via a private country lane to guarantee total privacy and silence. Entrance is via the main door onto the open plan living/kitchen/dining area. Full of natural light and featuring large floor to ceiling windows opening straight to the outside, this area is perfect for spending time all together. The lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels only), wi-fi internet, DVD player. The purposedly-built kitchen (with dining table) is fully equipped with 4 cooking rings, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. On the ground floor there are also 2 welcoming twin bedrooms (both air-conditioned), 1 family shower room and 1 extra WC. The master bedroom suite (air-conditioned) is located on the upper floor, and is a true delight. It has its own bathroom with bathtub as well as direct access to a private terrace enjoying breathtaking country views. The interiors have been carefully designed to provide stylish details and modern comforts, yet an homely feeling to live in deep contact with the surrounding unspoilt nature. Many traditional materials such as wooden beams and local stone have been widely used and carefully mixed with modern features.
The outdoor areas of Villa Comella are equally unique. Apart from the extensive woods surrounding the area, the villa has its own 3000sqm sunbathing areas with lawn, shrubs and a generously sized private pool measuring 9.5m x 4.5m (poolside shower available). A true oasis of tranquillity, where to spend unforgettable days under the Mallorcan sun accompanied by total privacy, seclusion and the gentle sound of the birds. For the lovers of al-freso dining, extensive terraces with dining table and barbecue as well as rattan sofas are available.

Villa es Comella liegt wunderschön in einem kleinen Wald, gesichert durch ein Key Code Tor.
Der Pool ist wunderbar groß und auch zum schwimmen geeignet.
Durch die vielen und großen Fenster ist das Haus schön hell und lichtdurchflutet.

Leider wird die Homepage auf Deutsch angeboten, die weitere schriftliche Kommunikation erfolgte dann ausschließlich in englischer Sprache.
Bei Ankunft war die Finca nicht gereinigt, die Betten nicht bezogen und der Geruch unangenehm.

Sehr schöne Villa in absolut ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem nach wenigen Minuten Autofahrt im lebendigen Arta, wo man alles notwendige zum Leben erhält und viele Restaurants besuchen kann. Etliche schöne Strände aber auch Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe, wenn der Pool zu langweilig wird.
