Description
Villa La Corbaia is a beautiful villa away from home perfectly located in the green, unspoilt countryside of Artà. Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 spacious bedrooms (in two bedrooms upstairs, the downstairs bedroom has a fan), this villa provides superb views and easy access to the sandy beaches and golf courses of the region. The large private pool is set within extensive gardens with lawn and pergolas: a true oasis of peace and serenity surrounded by nature! Care to the details together stylish touches, furnishing and decoration, add to this special villa a real Mediterranean ambience inside and out. The villa provides panoramic views of the surrounding lush landscape. The excellent beaches of this region and the ample shopping facilities, restaurants and bars of Artà and Cala Ratjada can be reached in a few minutes by car. Four renowned golf clubs are also within easy reach.
Inside, the villa is spacious and rich of character and is set over 2 floors. It has been carefully renovated making wide use of high quality materials in order to provide an unforgettable holiday experience. The main living areas are located on the ground floor, and consist of a lounge/dining area which provides access to the main dining terrace. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen also provides an additional dining area. On the ground floor there is also a welcoming twin bedroom (with patio doors opening onto the garden) as well as a family bathroom. The further two bedrooms, both featuring their own en-suite shower rooms, are located on the upper floor and a respectively a double and a twin. The bedrooms on the upper floor has direct access to a large, stunning terrace providing sensational views over the surrounding countryside.
Also outside, Villa La Corbaia has been carefully designed to impress. There are wide gardens with lawn, trees, pergolas, partly shaded terraces for the exclusive use of the guests providing unique opportunities for relaxing, dining al fresco or barbecuing. The large private pool is provided with comfortable sunbeds in order to enjoy long, relaxing hours under the Mallorcan sun.

The location was amazing, really quiet, the view was perfect. It was really spacious and there were a lot of lovely details in the decoration and supplies (e.g. hair dryer was there, some liquid soap). The outside area and the pool were awesome. Handsee more

Some things could be renovated, but it’s not too bad.E.g. the mattresses were kind of soft (but some people probably prefer that). There could be more an eye to details in the kitchen area, e.g.:A glass was broken, but still inside the cupboard, a cusee more

Una recepción algo más personalizada. Una nota? Una botella de vino dando la bienvenida? Algo que os diferencie como marca y servicio al cliente.
Faltan elementos muy básicos como el detergente, papel higiénico, papel de cocina. En estancias de 10see more

Faltan elementos muy básicos como el detergente, papel higiénico, papel de cocina. En estancias de 10 días es incómodo tener que comprarlo todo. Entiendo que sal/pimienta etc por el covid son cosas complicadas pero lo otro lo veo básico. La casa está llena de carteles de plástico en la entrada con todo tipo de avisos. Cuando uno paga ese dinero por la casa no espera un tablón de anuncios como si fuera un instituto. Este año el equipo de limpieza llegó tarde y entramos con retraso en la casa. También dejaron una semana todas las sábanas usadas en la lavandería, absurdo después de tanto esfuerzo por desinfectar. Gracias por vuestro esfuerzo en mejorar! |
