Description
As the name suggests this property is located in S'Horta, a small village close to the larger resort of Cala D’Or, and has recently been completely renovated. The result is a wonderful five bedroom home.
The house offers a high standard accommodation with modern furnishing and fittings, combined with beautiful rustic features such as high ceilings with concrete beams and some walls partially clad with rural stone.
The entrance is from the pool area. Large sliding doors lead into an open and airy fully-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the spacious living/dining room with two sitting areas and a large dining table. Sliding doors open out onto the terrace.
Two of the twin bedrooms, both with an en-suite shower room and access to the pool area, are located on this ground floor level. There is also a guest toilet and utility room which houses the washing machine.
A beautifully designed staircase from the living area leads to the upper floor where there are three twin bedrooms - each has an en-suite shower room. All three bedrooms have access to a terrace equipped with chairs and sunshades – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the distant views across the surrounding countryside and down to the coast.
Outside, the pool area overlooks the fruit garden and is a lovely place to sit and read your favourite book or simply watch the long lazy summery days pass by! A spacious covered terrace outside the kitchen has a dining table and brick-built barbecue – perfect for alfresco dining.
The large swimming pool, with easy access Roman steps, is surrounded by a sun terrace with reclining sun beds and a lawned garden area. Another terrace, with a lemon tree and aromatic plants that you can use to flavour your meals, plus another small covered area with a sofa and two hanging chairs complete the excellent outside space.

APPROXIMATE DISTANCES BY CAR: S’Horta is a typical inland village of just 1,000 or so inhabitants. It offers a few cafeterias, two small supermarkets, a café-bar, a bank and a church. A short 5 minute drive towards Cala Ferrera is the beautiful sandy beach Cala Sanau. The larger resort of Cala D’Or with several sandy beaches, a pedestrian centre with a wide variety of shops and restaurants and its impressive harbour is only 5km away. Porto Colom is a beautiful fishing town about 6km and offers sea front restaurants and more sandy beaches. Golfers will love the ‘Vall D’Or Golf’ that’s just a 10 minute drive from the villa.
