Villa Beach Carbo is a stunning property located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vicente, in a very quiet area offering the best views over the sea. Completely renovated to the highest standard, the villa offers direct access to the rocky bay “Cala Carbó”, while the seaside resort of Cala Sant Vincenç with its fine sandy beach is just a few minutes walk away.
Inside, the villa is set over different levels and has 4 bedrooms in total. Ithere is a living area with satellite TV, DVD , modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. The villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds / en suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with double bed (these two bedrooms share a bathroom). The villa offers from most of the rooms breathtaking views over the sea and Cala San Vicente (which lights up romantically in the evening).
The approximately 70 m² outdoor terrace with a unique sea view, natural stone BBQ, outdoor kitchen, spacious teak wood panel and lounge area invite the guest to spend unforgettable hours under the Mallorcan sun enjoying the breathtaking views.
Steps lead up to the main 120 m² large sun terrace with a private pool. Here guests can experience in secluded peace a fantastic 360° panorama of the sea and mountains: a truly unique feature of this villa!

Skvelá lokalita. Krásne výhľady. Luxusné priestory. Výhľad na more a zátoku z každého oka. Množstvo možností na posedenie voknu aj vo vnútri. Vonkajšia kuchyňa na terase. Veľký bazén. Kúsok na skalnatú pláž a do mesta.

Vila sa nachádza na kopci - skale. Prístup je po schodoch. V dome je taktiež veľa schodov. Nie je to nevýhoda, ale človek s tým musí počítať. Bolo by dobré zlepšiť prístupovú cestu z hora a urobiť parkovisko.

The views from this house will take your breath away! The pool was so nice for the kids and adults to enjoy!! There are a lot of stairs so be prepared to sweat, but the view is worth it!!

The property was amazing, perched on the rocky side of a cliff with the most amazing views that North Mallorca offer. The villa extremely comfortable and efficient with just about all the necessary requirements. The pool lovely and again the views insee more

The villa extremely comfortable and efficient with just about all the necessary requirements. The pool lovely and again the views incredible looking down to a sea bluer and clearer than the Caribbean. We had a lovely time, the only criticism would be the steps, was aware of the ones going down to the road/beach but not of the 50 coming down to the villa, a problem for anyone with mobility issues. A lift would have been nice! Felt fitter by the end of our two weeks stay. I would rate it as one of the nicest stays I have had anywhere. Amazing!

Mit Sealandvillas sehr gute Kommunikation , wir fanden eine defekte Waschmaschine vor , sie wurde innerhalb von 24 Stunden ausgetauscht und sogar am Nationalfeiertag geliefert und angeschlossen . Alles top ! Für Behinderte ist diese Villa nicht geeignet da sehr viele Stufen zu bewältigen sind . |
