Description
Villa Nogués is a townhouse offering comfortable holiday accommodation with everything needed for a memorable holiday right on your doorstep.
It is situated just a short stroll from the lovely beaches and amenities of Cala San Vicente. Cala San Vicente offers a surprisingly wide variety of cafes and restaurants with the nearest located just across the street. Two very popular fish restaurants, noted for their fabulous Paellas, are an amble away, close to the beach, and there is a very handy mini market that provides everything required for a self-catering holiday.
Inside, the house is modern and spacious with new furnishings throughout, air-conditioned bedrooms and a modern kitchen.
The lounge is bright, airy, and high ceilings, it has nice sofas, a flat screen TV with satellite. Patio doors allow plenty of natural light to flood the space and give access to the pool from dining room to the terrace.
Kitchen has all the modern amenities for cooking those delicious meals. It has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle.
There are 5 bedrooms on the ground floor, a double bedroom, and four twin bedrooms, as well as 3 bathrooms in total in the villa.
There are covered terraces to wine and dine on or simply enjoy a holiday book and there is even a small, but lovely, swimming pool for those days when you can't choose which of the three beaches to walk.
Villa Nogues can sleep up to 10 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

Villa Nogues was comfortable, spacious and easy to find - only a 5 minute walk to a lovely sandy beach. We planned to do a lot of our own cooking which we could do, but you need to bring everything with you, eg oil, salt, pepper etc. The villa had a see more

We planned to do a lot of our own cooking which we could do, but you need to bring everything with you, eg oil, salt, pepper etc. The villa had a lot of towels and the pool was very nice, however some touches such as soap and spare toiletr roll in the bathrooms was missing. At the time we went, there wasn't lots to do in the town but it was peaceful and felt very safe. Hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had a power cut, subsequently setting the alarm off and sent a technician to sort out an ants nest. Overall, a lovely stay.

The rooms were a bit out of date, however having 4 bathrooms is a big plus when staying with 10 people. Everything was clean upon arrival and the staff was really responsive. The value for money compared to other accommodations is outstanding.

Die Polster im Wohnzimmer und im Außenbereich haben deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Die Türen sind vlt. typisch für Spanien, aber eine Katastrophe für die Ohren. Öffnen und vor allem das Schließen der Schlafzimmer-Türen ist ohne lautes Schleifen oder knallen nicht möglich. Das gilt auch für die auch für die Küchenschränke. Hier würden Dichtbänder oder Gummipuffer schnell für Abhilfe sorgen. Die Haupteingangstür außen kann nur mit großem Kraftaufwand geschlossen werden, da die Tür stark verzogen und das Schloss schwergängig ist. |
