Villa Corb Marí II is located in Playas de Muro, whose beach has recently been ranked among the 25 best beaches in the world. Furthermore, we can consider it a multi-purpose property, where you can enjoy the tranquil and stunning views of the famous natural park of "s'Albufera". Newly built and located in the sought after resort of Playa de Muro, villa Corb Marí II is your best choice.
Impressive, modern and functional are three adjectives that the villa exemplifies. The ground floor is fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility, who can move seamlessly from the entrance ramp through the wide doors and the walk-in shower to the impressive terrace with infinity pool.
The villa is spread over two floors. A ramp takes you through the front door, which opens into an open plan living area. Take your time in our fully equipped kitchen while chatting with family members in the stylish living room, where they can enjoy satellite TV and wifi. Two sliding glass doors light up the entire room, from which you can access a double bedroom with queen-size bed and a family bathroom with an accessible shower.
The first floor has three further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double double bed with window and en-suite bathroom. An additional family bathroom is shared by two twin bedrooms, both with sliding glass doors leading to a balcony overlooking the stunning Albufera.
Outside, one can enjoy a leisurely swim, have a barbecue under the porch or simply lie in the sun and forget about everything. The guest has a bathroom and a laundry room accessible from the patio, even an outdoor shower with hot water by the pool.
The property has air conditioning and a pellet stove. (pellet stove with extra charge) The air conditioning is available for fourteen hours a day, the considered "rest hours": from 14h to 16h and from 20h to 8h.

The house is beautiful and the view is amazing

We stayed here for over a week with a group of 5 adults and 2 children. The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. We would either drive around the islandwalk down the boulevard for places to eat and for sightseeing, so location was great. We spsee more
We stayed here for over a week with a group of 5 adults and 2 children. The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. We would either drive around the islandwalk down the boulevard for places to eat and for sightseeing, so location was great. We spent most of our days lounging at the gorgeous infinity pool and playing pingpong, there are enough pool toys for the kids so no need to bringpurchase. It was perfect that there was also an outside bathroom and shower, so the house wouldn't get dirty. The house is also fully airconditioned, which is a life saver. Things to note although this is a new listing on airbnb the house is older and there are some wear and tears. Aside from this everything was great!!!
