The 3-bedroomed Villa Pins is a welcoming and stylish villa with private swimming pool ideally located within the sought after resort of Cala San Vicente, with its 3 sandy bays and crystal clear waters just a short stroll away. Sleeping up to 6 guests in comfortably furnished interiors, the villa is air-conditioned and is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for a truly Mallorcan holiday without the need to rely constantly on a car. The bays forming Cala San Vicente (named respectively Cala Clara, Cala Barques and Cala Molins) are a charming jewel of Mallorca, still hidden to the mass tourism, and the perfect place to relax and unwind in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Inside, the villa is modern, conveniently set over one floor and carefully finished to offer an unforgettable holiday surrounded by all comforts. There is a large lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area, with big patio doors opening straight to the poolside patios and gardens with lawn, shrubs, pine trees. The purposely-built kitchen has all the necessary appliances for a self-catering holiday and the lounge has comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels), DVD player. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one double and 2 twins, as well as 2 large bathrooms with shower. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is available at set times between 2pm-4pm and 8pm-8am. The upper floor of the villa belongs to another ownership and does not share the gardens or the pool that remain for exclusive use of the guests staying at Villa Pins.
Outside, the villa offers the unbeatable bonus of exclusive gardens with lawn and mature trees, as well as a private swimming pool. Deciding wether to stay by the pool or enjoying a stroll down to the beach will be a hard choice! The pool measures 4m x 3m and depth is 1.8m- 2.10m. Sunbeds and shades are provided to the guests.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.

A very good advantage is the possibility to park the car inside the house which guarantees a spot every time, especially since parking spots are so rare on this island :)I would also recommend people to take some preventative measures against mosquitoes. I have never seen so many. Overall, I would recommend this place 100%. For families this is the perfect vacation spot. Thanks for having us.

Séjour très agréable mais loin de la ville de POLLENCA ce qui ne rend pas accessible les commerces.Calme et aucun vis-à-vis, donc bien.Les aménagements intérieurs sont tout de même ancien et mériteraient un rafraichissement, portes qui ne tiennent pasee more
Séjour très agréable mais loin de la ville de POLLENCA ce qui ne rend pas accessible les commerces.Calme et aucun vis-à-vis, donc bien.Les aménagements intérieurs sont tout de même ancien et mériteraient un rafraichissement, portes qui ne tiennent pas, 3 fenêtres qui ne ferment pas.La piscine n'est pas chauffé donc attention à la saison cas très peu ensoleillée ce qui rend inutilisable la baignade.Pas de ventilation dommage car pas mal d'humidité sur les canapés.Une des 2 douches est difficilement utilisable car l'eau est à peine tiède et peu de débit, avec une porte qui n' a pas de verrou.L'investissement n'a pas été fait depuis longtemps, dommage, ça sent la "rentabilité"....Sinon c'est fonctionnel si l'on s'arrête à cela.

Estancia muy agradable, tuvimos un problema con la entrada ya que la puerta exterior estaba cerrada y no podíamos acceder al cajetín. Por lo demás todo genial, playa a 3 minutos, supermercados cerca y playa a 3 minutos

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist optimal, denn das Meer und der Strand ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Pool war ein großes Highlight für uns!! Das zu öffnende Tor war optimal, so konnte man mit dem Auto hineinfahren und hasee more

Das zu öffnende Tor war optimal, so konnte man mit dem Auto hineinfahren und hatte somit eine Plage ein Parkplatz zu finden. Sehr schön war auch ein kleines Starterpaket mit Spülmaschinentabs und verschieden benötigte Utensilien. Auch mit der Klimaanlage war herrlich. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, dass aus einem Bad eine in unangenehmer Geruch kam. Was aber auch nicht schlimm war, da ein zweites Bad vorhanden war. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)
