Description
Almadrava benefits from a large shady terrace located at front of the property, complete with dining furniture, while further covered terraces are available to the side and rear, all providing shady retreats from the Mallorcan sun. Enclosed by hedgerows, the gardens provide a secluded area for relaxing days by the pool. Inside, the villa is traditionally furnished in pine with beamed ceilings and tiled floors and benefits from air-conditioning to provide cool air in the sultry, Mediterranean evenings. A fully fitted kitchen includes the modern conveniences required for self-catering and the built-in barbecue is great for alfresco dining.

El propietario entró un par de días sin avisar a revisar la piscina y el jardín, no pasa nada, pero debería avisar antes de entrar de golpe.
Alguna cosilla de limpieza y los horarios de los aires acondicionados, podrían ser mas extensos.
