Stylish and uniquely located, Villa Camp Gran stands proudly in the sought after area of La Font, the most exclusive residential area of Pollensa, just a short drive away from the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa. Surrounded by extensive manicured gardens, and quietly built at the end of a cul-de-sac, Villa Camp Gran is a true oasis of peace in a truly unique spot. Furnished with taste and style by its owner (who runs a well known art gallery), both the interiors and the exteriors of the villa are rich in artworks from famous contemporary artists. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, extensive terraces, the villa can sleep up to 7 guests.
Inside, Villa Camp Gran is set over 2 floors. The open plan living room with adjoining kitchen and dining area has wide patio doors opening to the poolside terrace. There are comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels) a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and the whole area is full of light. On the ground floor there is also a spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom and patio doors leading to the pool/garden. Steps lead up to the first floor with 2 further bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) and a family bathroom. The mezzanine level overlooking the lounge also features an extra single bed for the 7th guest (if required). The property is air-conditioned (included in the price between 8pm – 8am and from 2pm to 4pm). The interiors are finely decorated by precious artworks from local artists to provide further charm to an already incredible villa. An extra shower room is located at the rear of the villa, and is accessed from the outside.
Outside, this stone-built villa is set to impress. As per the interiors, also the gardens are rich in artworks, scattered all around the grounds. The property is surrounded by extensive gardens providing great privacy and seclusion. The private pool measures 5m x 10m and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. Shaded furnished terraces run all around the villa, and include a huge outdoor barbecue / kitchen, perfect for al-fresco dining. This will be the ideal spot to spend relaxing hours in total peace while enjoying the true Mallorcan atmosphere!
The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Everything about this unique villa once we had found everything (no usual villa book to help us). Plenty to talk about with all the art work surrounding us. Lovely grounds and facilities. One or two hairy car car rides meeting cars from the opposisee more
Everything about this unique villa once we had found everything (no usual villa book to help us). Plenty to talk about with all the art work surrounding us. Lovely grounds and facilities. One or two hairy car car rides meeting cars from the opposite direction along the narrow access roads, but had a problem with the fridge-freezer (very noisy) when it became clear that the freezer in particular was not working properly, e.g. ice cream melting. We phoned in the problem to the local office once we realised it was not going to improve, who said they would advise the owner, but no visit obvious before our departure. Ended up having to discard some items as a result. Hence "average" mark for service.

Wunderschönes Anwesen in guter Lage, toller Pool, riesiges Grundstück, mit dem Leihauto ist man schnell in den naheliegenden Ortschaften Contra: Geschirr war bei der Anreise stark verschmutzt, Küche sowie Bäder wurden auch nicht gründlich geputzt, trotz Beachtung der Regel keine Lebensmittel herumliegen zu lassen verbreiteten sich in der gesamten Finca Ameisen (auch in den Betten, Bädern und in der gesamten Küche) |
