Description
The 2-bedroomed Can Jaume is set in established gardens with a large swimming pool. There are both open and covered terraces providing a great opportunity to enjoy outside dining whilst enjoying the surrounding views of the mountains. Perfect location within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of old Pollensa.
From the driveway a pathway leads around the house to the gardens and terrace. An entrance door leads into the lounge with beamed ceiling and a doorway leading to the fully equipped kitchen/dining room. A door from this room leads out to the terrace. A corridor off of the lounge leads to the two bedrooms – one double and one twin. The two bedrooms share a family shower room.
Outside, a covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen houses a brick-built barbecue and outside dining area. This is the ideal spot for enjoying an excellent al-fresco dinner. The large private pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and well kept gardens with lawn, shrubs, mediterranean trees: a true delight for long relaxing days under the sun!
The tourist tax is included in the rates. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00

We are a family of four with two young children and there were plenty of pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery so it was easy to self cater when we chose to. The 15 minute walk into the old town was lovely and convenient. We enjoyed walks up to Mirador de Calvari and Puig de Maria, and short drives to Formentor and Puerto de Pollensa and the start of the walk to Cala Bòquer

A washing airer would be really useful - there',s a small wall mounted rack but we needed a little more drying space esp after a huge thunderstorm with torrential rain! The shower drainage was really slow so on our first day the bathroom floor floodesee more

We got used to running it slowly and in shorter bursts but I imagine it would be straightforward to address.

Der Garten und der Außenbereich sind wirklich schön und sehr gepflegt.Die Lage ist ebenfalls wunderbar, es ist super still, obwohl die Hauptstraße dicht dran ist und man ist in knapp 10-15 Minuten Fußweg in der wunderschönen Innenstadt Pollenças.Die see more

In der Wohnung riecht es etwas merkwürdig und muffig. Die Küche ist nur mittelmäßig gut ausgestattet, zb gab es keine guten Messer.Leider gibt es hier sehr viele Mücken, jedoch kein Mückennetz, das sollte unbedingt nachgebessert werden.
