Description
Enjoying unobstructed views across the Puig de Maria and located within walking distance to the old town of Pollensa, Llenyater is a superb villa perfect for a couple or a small family. Thanks to its large swimming pool, airy interiors with exposed stone walls together with stylish furnishings and fittings, it is simply a villa not to be missed.
Inside, the villa is set over one floor. The entrance door opens into the spacious lounge with its white leather sofas, high ceilings and French doors that lead out to the covered terrace and to the pool. The open-plan, ultra modern, fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar island and dining area, has been purposely designed for Llenyater and has patio doors leading outside. Off the lounge, there is the master double bedroom with a step down to the split-level, en suite full bathroom (Jacuzzi Bath). A door leads to a separate area comprising a toilet and an ultra modern wash hand basin. This bathroom also can be accessed from the entrance hall. Also off the lounge there is a twin bedroom with en suite full bathroom. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms is available free of charge at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm.
The wonderful pool is located at just in front of the house and can be easily accessed via the large covered terrace (with its stylish rattan sofas with brightly coloured cushions, tables, chairs and a stone barbecue). The pool has Roman steps at one end and a separate section for children. At the far end of the pool is a nice pergola area, perfect for relaxing.

Nestled on its own we loved the villa. The gardens are like an oasis with carefully thought of planting and stunning views to the hills. The property itself was great. Everything worked and was really clean. We enjoyed eating in the outdoor area and see more

Everything worked and was really clean. We enjoyed eating in the outdoor area and chilling by the pool. It’s a 5 mins walk to pollenca but take a torch for the road. We also found the sports centre nearby with track and pool! Perfect place to chill and easy check in and out. We weren’t sure what to expect but it was great and we highly recommend for a family of 4. Thanks!

The house was spacious and clean, perfect for 4 people with two bathrooms and well equipped kitchen and good working wifi. The garden was very nice and with a large area to play for the children. The house has a nice atmosphere, also in the evening. see more

The house has a nice atmosphere, also in the evening. We were here in October and the evenings could be a bit chilly already, the wood oven worked perfectly and gave it extra atmosphere. Checking in and out went smoothly. There was a good detailed map with information of the area. The location was near facilities like supermarket and also Pollenca.

The house was really made empty for new guests, perhaps due to covid-rules and profound cleaning regulations, but we missed some small useful ingredients like salt, pepper, olive-oil for cooking, matches to light the candles or wood oven etc. Now we see more
The house was really made empty for new guests, perhaps due to covid-rules and profound cleaning regulations, but we missed some small useful ingredients like salt, pepper, olive-oil for cooking, matches to light the candles or wood oven etc. Now we had to buy all these elements just for 1 one week, we hope new guests can use the left-overs, or the cleaning staff. The beds were really Spartan, very hard and consisted of the lower part of a boxspring bed. Although I prefer a somewhat harder matrass, the beds could really use a softer top matrass which would have made the nights more comfortable.
Besides the house we were shocked by the neighbour house who kept a very emaciated forlorn dog in an abandoned dog house on a chain with only some water. The dog house was right next to the garden fence. But of course this was not something the house owner is responsible for. |

Wir haben uns in dieser Villa sehr wohl und sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein toller Rückzugsort mit perfekter Privatsphäre, herrlichem Garten, einladendem Pool und einer schönen Finca mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.

Haus ist exakt wie auf den Bildern, sehr gepflegter Garten und Pool und alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ca. 5 Minuten zufuß vom wunderschönen Pollenca entfernt und 15 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Meer. Ein toller Ort zum entspannen.

Ich hätte mir nur bei der Ankunft ein wenig mehr Flexibilität gewünscht. Wir kamen schon morgens um 9:30h an und es gab keine Möglichkeit zumindest ein wenig vor 17h die Villa/Finca zu übernehmen.
