Comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests in 2 airy bedrooms, Villa Pontarro is a welcoming villa with private pool set in the countryside surrounding the charming old town of Pollensa (which is less than 1.5km away). This villa offers modern and stylish interiors together with large terraces for outdoor living. Enjoy the views, dive in the pool or taste a delicious meal under the terrace: Villa Pontarro will surprise you!
A gated driveway leads up to the parking area while a couple of steps lead to the covered terrace and front main door (the villa is set over one floor inside). The main door leads to the open-plan lounge/dining room, with attractive stone walls and beamed ceiling, together with a modern decor. The lounge has been tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas, contemporary dining table and chairs and a breakfast bar by the well equipped, brand new kitchen. An archway off the lounge leads to a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a full bathroom and a shower room.
Doors from lounge lead out to a covered terrace with comfy outdoor furniture - perfect for enjoying a relaxing drink. The covered terrace leads to a further open terrace and to the rectangular saltwater pool with Roman steps into it. The pool is gated for extra safety. Alongside the pool area, there is a brick-built barbecue - perfect for alfresco dining while enjoying the pleasant Mallorcan climate.
The tourist tax is included in the price.

Just something to be mindful of before booking. Felt as though we were being watched and even though the accommodation itself is private, could argue that inside the building is anything but. Other than that highly recommend.

A spacious and well equipped villa with a very large garden and nice pool. A car is very useful as it’s at least two kilometres to walk to Pollença. Kitchen is open plan and easy to use, the bedrooms are plenty big enough and the sheltered outside sesee more

We have absolutely loved our stay at El Pontarro and couldn’t have asked for any more from the listing. The facilities are as listed, the pool area very private and in the open sunshine along with all local shops being within a 5 minute drive from thsee more
We have absolutely loved our stay at El Pontarro and couldn’t have asked for any more from the listing. The facilities are as listed, the pool area very private and in the open sunshine along with all local shops being within a 5 minute drive from the villa. We also had the added bonus of a local cat (not permitted inside the villa) who would spend its days sunbathing with us in the sun making it feel even more homely.One small improvement for us would be the second room containing a second double bed and not two small singles so that we could invite friends along next time! This will be our desired villa of choice upon return!R&B

It would be better to leave basic stuff such as gel /shampoo toilet paper salt pepper oil in larger quantity. The welcome pack is a jock.

Einziger Wermutstropfen war dass das Eingangstor zur Anlage manuell geöffnet werden muss. Ist nicht ein Problem an und für sich, sondern mehr ein Sicherheitsproblem, da der Zugang relativ weit weg von der Strasse ist ist das der Punkt wenn man aus ausee more

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden mit der Lage und der Ausstattung der Finca. Wir konnten die Tage genießen. Allerdings muss ich zwei negative Dinge anführen:1. Im Wohnzimmer und im Flur hingen zwei Kameras. Es ist ungeheuerlich, dass die Privatsphäre der Gäste dermaßen missachtet wird. Das ist ein Verstoß gegen geltende Gesetze, gegen den Fewo-Direkt vorgehen muss!2. Wir mussten die Finca am Abreisetag bis 10 Uhr verlassen. Bereits um kurz nach 8 Uhr kam ein Mann vorbei, der die Blumen goss und mit einem Laubbläser die Terrasse säuberte! Wir konnten nicht mehr draußen frühstücken und fühlten uns belästitgt.Von daher werden wir diese Finca nicht wieder buchen!

Eine von 4 Liegen war kaputt(wir waren zu viert).Die Auflagen der Liegen sind sehr schmutzig. Die Gläser könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, weil diese schon ausgeblichen, matt und abgestumpft sind. Der Kescher für den Pool ist komplett kaputt. Man sollsee more

El tema de los mosquitos.. nos abrasaron.. dentro de la casa se pudo controlar con antimosquitos eléctricos.. pero en el exterior era incontrolable.. hay una pequeña charca detrás de la barbacoa que yo creo que era de donde salían...
