Description
Villa Tatoli is a spacious and traditional 4-bedroomed villa, providing excellent privacy and seclusion within a pretty countryside location. Thanks to its well kept gardens, terraces and pleasant views over the surrounding nature, Villa Tatoli is the perfect choice for all the lovers of outdoor living and al fresco dining.
The villa is accessed via a pleasant country lane leading to the parking area and main entrance. From the entrance hallway a stone arch leads the guests through to the living/dining room with comfortable seating area. From here, patio doors lead to a covered terrace and the swimming pool area. The fully fitted kitchen includes all the necessary facilities for a self-catering holiday and a washing machine can be found in the adjacent utility room. There are 4 bedrooms in total, all air conditioned and pleasantly furnished. The master double bedroom has en suite shower room and fully fitted wardrobes. The three other bedrooms are all twins, one again with fitted wardrobes. There are 2 further family bathrooms in the villa: one near the kitchen and another between the twin bedrooms.
The gardens are beautifully kept and spacious, with lawn, mature palm trees and even a traditional Mallorcan stone BBQ with covered dining terrace (a true heaven for the lovers of al-fresco dining!). The gardens also feature olive trees, which during the season may be picked and enjoyed with a glass of wine. The generously sized pool is L-shaped with Roman steps and is surrounded by grass and plenty of space for sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers provided.

Great family Villa with good sized pool

The pool and the garden were lovely. The terrace to eat in shade during the day and enjoy evening meals we used all the time. Good equipment in the kitchen - eg coffee machine, blender stick.

The shower water temperature was difficult to control - varying from cold to scalding hot! Some basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper and olive oil would have been good. No need to supply new towels mid week!

Eine wunderbare Finca die wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt!
Sehr gepflegtes Aussengelände, dass durch einen freundlichen Gärtner instand gehalten wird!
Der Pool ist wunderbar gelegen und die Terasse mit Grill lädt zum verweilen ein!

Ein paar mehr Infos für das Haus wären gut gewesen ( z.B. Anleitung über die Programmierung der Alarmanlage Was passiert mit dem Müll?).
Uns fehlten Auflagen für die Liegen.

Für uns 8 Personen hatte die Finca so ziemlich alles, was wir brauchten.
Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und bietet Sonnen- sowie Schattenplätze. Der Pool war auch im Oktober noch spitze und wird 2x wöchentlich von einem sehr netten Spanier gepflesee more

Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und bietet Sonnen- sowie Schattenplätze. Der Pool war auch im Oktober noch spitze und wird 2x wöchentlich von einem sehr netten Spanier gepflegt. Die Terrasse ist geräumig mit einem Aussengrill, einem großen Tisch und einem Aussensofa. Innen war es sehr schön, auch wenn wir uns fast nur draußen aufgehalten haben. |

Kleinigkeiten hier und da. Das größte Manko waren die Bettlaken mit Wolldecke (1 für zwei Personen). Da sollte man im Vorfeld mit der Agentur klären, dass genügend Bettwäsche vor Ort ist. Wir hatten zum Glück eigene Wäsche dabei.

Casa llena de hormigas, sábanas bajeras no ajustables. Teníamos que abandonar la casa a las 10 y desde las 9.30 teníamos a las de la limpieza metiendo presión, esto no me parece bien.
