Villa Vilar is a wonderful holiday villa set in the heart of the Pollensa countryside, yet within easy reach of both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and pavement cafes therefore making this an ideal choice for that family holiday. Pollensa, with its wide choice of bars, shops and restaurants is just a short drive away and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are also within easy driving distance.
Inside the villa is traditionally furnished and includes comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms for a peaceful nights sleep.
An open-plan lounge/dining room opens onto a covered terrace, with additional outdoor living space perfect for relaxing anytime of the day and enjoying the amazing countryside, it is overlooking the pool. The combined living and dining area has comfortable seating, ornamental fireplace, and TV.
The traditionally styled kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and ample worktop space. Kitchen has full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
The 3 bedrooms in Villa Vilar are decorated in cool tones and located along the hallway directly near the entrance and living space. There are a double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom, all of them share the facilities of a separate bathroom.
Outside, Villa Vilar has all the ingredients needed for a relaxing family holiday. A dining table and chairs are shaded from the sun, accompanied with a BBQ perfect for enjoying a traditional Spanish meal, alfresco style. The beautiful swimming pool is set into lawn gardens dotted with shrubs and palms and offers a peaceful and private sun bathing area.
Villa Vilar can sleep up to 5 people. (FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)

Overall, it was a lovely place and well worth the money and we wouldn’t let the downsides stop us from returning

There had been a few cameras installed in the house. Even though it was just the living room and kitchen, I didn’t like the feeling of being watched. I understand that a host wants to protect his/,her property but some privacy needs to be respected. see more

I understand that a host wants to protect his/,her property but some privacy needs to be respected. We didn’t make a fuss about it and instead covered them. We let the outside camera facing the driveway uncovered since we didn’t feel bothered about it. Hot water generally lasted for less than 2min. Not enough for multiple people showering. There weren’t any basic supplies like toilet paper, dishwasher tabssoap.

We had relaxing days in the beatiful Finca, with grill, swimming in the pool and playing in with the table kicker. Beware of the mosquitos, due to the nearby swamp. Nice place also for trios to nearby beatifull beaches and excurions to the wonderful see more

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est très bien équipée, les lits sont très confortables et les climatisations dans les chambres très agréables. La piscine était parfaite, nous en avons énormément profité. En ce qui concerne la localisation, nous l'avons trouvé très bien 10 minutes en voiture de pollença et 15 min d'alcudia ce qui nous a permis de faire plusieurs activités, de profiter des restaurants à une distance très raisonnable. Les propriétaires sont adorables, un changement de serviettes en milieu de semaine avec les nettoyage de la salle de bain à été très appréciable... Il y a également un magnifique parc, un baby-foot très agréable pour des petits défis en famille... Vous pouvez passer que de superbes vacances, nous recommandons sans problème ce logement.

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln, das Einzige was eventuell ausgetauscht werden könnte, wären die Liegen. Die sind wirklich durch und man liegt auf dem Gestänge. Ansonsten wirklich sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Villa. Die Erklärung und Beschsee more

La villa est à recommander si vous cherchez le calme et la nature. Le terrain est immense, ce qui met à l'abri d'éventuelles nuisances sonores. Plusieurs espaces exterieurs très agréable : près de la piscine, sur la terrasse attenante à la maison et see more
La villa est à recommander si vous cherchez le calme et la nature. Le terrain est immense, ce qui met à l'abri d'éventuelles nuisances sonores. Plusieurs espaces exterieurs très agréable : près de la piscine, sur la terrasse attenante à la maison et un espace où il y a un baby-foot. A notre arrivée, il n'y avait rien pour cuisiner ou laver, prévoyez d'acheter en conséquence si vous faites les courses avant d'arriver. Propreté irréprochable, mais le lave vaisselle ne nettoyait pas très bien. Les horaires d'arrivée/ départ ne sont pas flexibles, ce qui est dommage, 10h/17h c'est très tôt/ très tard pour une location. Sealand villas reste très réactif pour répondre à vos demandes. Très bon séjour, à recommander.
